Und die Pension Anzengruber wird dem Ruf der Stadt vollauf gerecht. Ruhig gelegen, draußen in der Villengegend mit der Nähe zum Wienerwald. Liebenswerte Gastgeber, freundliches Personal und ein Frühstück - reichhaltig und überaus schmackhaft. Die Verkehrsanbindung? Kein Problem. Nur etwa 100 m bis zur Bushaltestelle, nach der Busfahrt mit der U-Bahn direkt bis zum Karlsplatz. Am Abend, wenn der müde Gast noch hungrig ist, lohnt sich ein kleiner Spaziergang, vorbei an Villen und grünen Auen , bis zu wenigen hundert Meter entfernten ausgezeichneten Gaststätten. Was will der Gast noch mehr? Noch einmal herzlichen Dank an das Ehepaar Knöll. Rita und Dr. Roland Klabes "Vienna, Vienna, only you alone ..." - once again voted the most liveable city in the world. And Pension Anzengruber lives up to the reputation of the city. Quiet location, outside in the villa area with proximity to the Vienna Woods. Lovely hosts, friendly staff and a breakfast - rich and very tasty. The traffic connection? No problem. Only about 100 m to the bus stop, after the bus ride with the subway directly to Karlsplatz. In the evening, when the tired guest is still hungry, it is worth taking a walk, past villas and green meadows, to excellent restaurants a few hundred meters away. What else does the guest want? Tolle Verkehrsanbindung an die Öffi's (50 Meter bis zum Bus) und auch an die Autobahn. Sehr empfehlenswert! Super love hosts with loving insider tips for the visit to Vienna. Nice and quiet and cozy. Great transport links to the public transport (50 meters to the bus) and also to the motorway. Highly recommended!

Bei der Suche nach einer geeigneten Unterkunft sind wir auf diese etwas außerhalb des Großstadttrubels gelegene Pension aufmerksam geworden. Das mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattete Haus wird von einem reizenden, sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemühten Ehepaar geführt. Die gemütlichen, ruhig gelegenen, im Landhausstil eingerichteten Zimmer können wahlweise sowohl ohne als auch mit reichhaltigem Frühstück gebucht werden. Sehr angenehm ist auch, daß man die Gäste-Küchenzeile (Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Kochplatten) benutzen darf. Das Haus verfügt außerdem über 2 ebenerdig gelegene Appartements für 2-3 bzw. 2-5 Personen mit direktem Zugang zum Garten. Diese gepflegte Anlage inklusive Swimming-Pool lädt ebenfalls zum Verweilen ein. Der unweit des Domizils abfahrende Bus bringt einen in wenigen Minuten zur U-Bahn-Station “Hüttelring“, von der aus man das Zentrum und die umliegenden Vororte problemlos erreichen kann. Wir jedenfalls haben unsere “kleine Oase“ außerhalb des hektischen Stadtbetriebs gefunden und werden mit Sicherheit bei unserem nächsten Wien Aufenthalt wieder dorthin zurückkehren. In any case, we have found our "little oasis" outside of the hectic city life and will certainly return there again on our next stay in Vienna.
J	Jörg Perrmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine wunderschöne Pension, geführt von einem äußerst netten Ehepaar. Alles nett eingerichtet, Zimmer sauber und wohnlich. Garten-und Poolbenutzung inbegriffen. WLAN kostenlos. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, keinerlei Grund für eine Beanstandung. Verkehrsverhältnisse sehr gut, 50m von der Pension befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von der man zum nächsten U-oder S-Bahnhof fahren kann. Die Takte sind sehr kurz, man kommt problemlos überall hin. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert A beautiful guesthouse, run by a very nice couple. Everything was nicely decorated, rooms clean and comfortable. Garden and pool use included. Wi-Fi for free. The breakfast was excellent, no reason for a complaint. F	Florin-Sorin Blidar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aceasta locație se afla în districtul 14 din Viena, într-o zona foarte liniștită, verde, plăcută și relaxanta .Apartamentul cu trei paturi în care am locuit, respectiv doua lipite unul de altul și celalalt aflat la mica distanta, in aceeași încăpere, se afla la parterul unei case cu un etaj, P+1, respectiv imobilul nr.59, având sufrageria/bucătăria orientata spre piscina exterioara, la circa 30cm de aceasta.Desi ferestrele nu sunt prevazute cu plasa de protecție împotriva insectelor, nu am fost deranjați de muște, țânțari sau alte insecte zburătoare. Curtea, prevazuta și cu piscina descoperita, pentru anotimpul călduros, este un plăcut loc de relaxare. Poți să stai afara, pe șezlong sa te relaxezi, la umbra copacilor sau aspectul plăcut al florilor și vegetației atent îngrijite.Gazdele sunt foarte amabile iar doamna proprietara vorbește fluent și limba maghiara.Plata se poate face doar cu bani lichizi.Exista loc de parcare, gratuit, doar pe strada, respectiv Josef Schlesinger Strasse, aflata lângă gardul acestei proprietăți, la intersecția situata lângă aceasta proprietate.La prima vedere, apartamentul în care am locuit temporar, era plăcut ca aspect și curat însă dacă te uitai mai atent, mai ales sub sau intre mobilier, constatai prezenta a mult praf și pânze de păianjen.Cel mai mult ne-a displăcut prezenta gândacilor de bucătărie, de culoare maro, în camera situata chiar la intrarea în locuința, care este bucatarie/sufragerie, care pe timpul serii și nopții își făceau prezenta.Ziua , gândacii stau ascunși în mobilier și elementele de lambriu fixate pe tavan.Am omorât zilnic cel puțin 4-5 asemenea gandaci de diferite dimensiuni care se plimbau pe podea, pereți și tavane.Datorita prezentei lor, tot timpul am ținut trolerele(valizele)închise iar marea majoritate a lucrurilor noastre doar în valize.Nu am dorit sa aducem acasă, gandaci de bucătărie, fie ei si vienezi.Daca s-ar deratiza în fiecare an, in toată clădirea,la sfârșit de luna aprilie, cu toată vegetația bogata din zona, nu ar fi probleme cu gândacii de bucătărie, de culoare maro sau păianjenii.Daca ar fi fost foarte mulți gandaci, cu toată oboseala după călătorie, am fi plecat de acolo în prima seara când am constatat prezenta gândacilor.Cand sunt enorm de mulți gandaci, aia se plimba pe pereți, inclusiv la lumina zilei.Nu a fost cazul.Nu am văzut gandaci de bucătărie la dormitor deși acesta se afla lângă bucătăria -sufragerie, iar ușa de acces era tot timpul larg deschisa.Sunt persoane care nu sunt deranjate de prezenta gândacilor de bucătărie. Nu este cazul nostru.Paturile sunt decente.La fel și conexiunea Wi Fi la internet.Daca nu ar exista gândacii de bucătărie și praful de păianjeni de sub mobila și între mobilier, nu as avea remarci negative de făcut.La maxim 300m de apartament, se afla o stație de autobuz care face legătura cu stația de metrou de unde se poate ajunge în toate zonele orașului.Bilete pentru transportul în comun se pot cumpăra doar de la stațiile de metrou din oraș.Din păcate, gazda nu are de vânzare bilete la transportul în comun asa ca va trebui sa va cumpărați de la stațiile de metrou. La circa 5,5 km de acest apartament se afla o parcare auto cu plata, 3,60 euro/24h, amplasata lângă o stație de metrou de suprafață de unde se poate ajunge oriunde în Viena.Tot în zona se afla , la câțiva km, circa 1,5-2km distanta, magazine alimentare și un centru comercial(Mall) care îți oferă tot ce speri ca ai găsi pe celebra Maria Hilfe Strasse.Asta nu înseamnă că nu merita sa mergi și pe Maria Hilfe Strasse.Nu ignorați faptul ca în timpul săptămânii, la ora 19.00, magazinele se închid în Viena, sâmbătă sunt deschise pana la ora 18.00, o mare parte din ele, iar duminica, în marea lor majoritate sunt închise. B	Basil Leisibach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für einen Meisterkurs Musik und einen anschliessenden Kurzurlaub durfte ich 10 Tage in diesem kleinen Paradies verbringen. Der Garten ist wunderschön gepflegt und doch natürlich. Der Swimmingpool sehr erfrischend. Die übrigen Gäste alle sehr freundliche, ganz besonders aber die Gastgeber Herr und Frau Knöll haben mit ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft, aber auch mit ihren super Empfehlungen stets den Nagel auf den Kopf getroffen. Eine kurzfristige Verlängerung des Aufenthalts war problemlos möglich. Die Gästeküche ist super eingerichtet und kann jederzeit unkompliziert benützt werden. Habe mich gefühlt wie im Süden in den Ferien, und das in der Kulturmetropole Wien. Eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung und doch optimaler Ausgangspunkt um Wien zu erkunden. This was one of our many visits to Vienna and all of our stays we spend it this beautiful accommodation. We were thrilled to see that it did not change a bit after we left it.
