Aber es gibt eben noch immer viele Unternehmen, welche Knechtschaft und Sklaventum hinterhertrauern, statt motivierten Mitarbeitern auf Augenhöhe zu begegnen. Das Motto "wer zahlt, schafft an", scheint sich nicht ausrotten zu lassen. A company that prevents works council elections with grotesque excuses disqualifies itself. But there are still many companies that mourn bondage and slavishness instead of meeting motivated employees at eye level. The motto "who pays, creates" does not seem to be eradicated.

M	MaXSTaR29 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor ein paar Jahren eine Lehre bei Anton Paar GmbH in Graz Straßgang begonnen. Die ersten 7 Wochen meiner Lehrzeit, habe ich Metall Stäbe und Stücke zugeschnitten, an sich nicht schlecht aber eine Hilfsarbeiter Tätigkeit. Der Umgang in dieser Abteilung war eher roh und sehr auf Leistung getrimmt so wie in fast jeder Abteilung in der Anton Paar GmbH. Die nächsten 6 Wochen war ich in einem WiFi Kurs, indem man alle Metall Grund Sachen lernt. Alles wurde dann zum Schluss bewertet und der Firma gezeigt. Danach kam ich wieder in die Firma und wurde in die Lehrwerkstatt verlegt. Dort habe ich Werkstücke für die Produktion gefertigt und dabei wurde von mir verlangt, dass ich so gut wie Alles schon kann. Weil ich ja fast alles in der Wifi gelernt habe. Ich habe natürlich nicht Alles den Erwartungen gemäß der Ausbilder gekonnt und wurde deswegen oft kritisiert und beschimpft. Danach kam ich wieder woanders hin, dort habe ich Werkstücke gefräst, natürlich auch für die Produktion und mein dortiger Chef hatte immer einen grimmigen bösen Blick im Gesicht. Und wenn man etwas fragte, hieß es nur, dass man es eigentlich schon können sollte und nicht mehr fragen sollte. Ein Lob habe ich in einem halben Jahr Lehre nicht bekommen, dafür bekam ich Magenprobleme, woraufhin ich so stark abnahm, dass meine Eltern mich schon in die Magersucht Station bringen wollten. Im Endeffekt habe ich mich schlecht ausgebildet und ausgenutzt gefühlt, deswegen würde ich auch niemanden eine Lehre dort empfehlen. Die Anton Paar GmbH ist eine scheinheilige, ausbeuterische und elitäre Firma die ihre Lehrlinge bei mittelmäßigen Berufsschul Noten beschimpft, da dies nicht dem angeblichen Elite Standard der Firma entspricht. Ich war nach einem halben Jahr wie bereits geschriebe krank und habe dann die Lehre aufgelöst und nach ein paar Wochen war ich wider gesund. Nie wieder Anton Paar!!!!!! A few years ago I started an apprenticeship at Anton Paar GmbH in Graz Straßgang. The first 7 weeks of my apprenticeship, I cut metal rods and pieces, not bad in itself but a labor job. The interaction in this department was rather rough and trimmed for performance as in almost every department in Anton Paar GmbH. For the next 6 weeks I was on a WiFi course learning all metal ground stuff. Everything was then evaluated at the end and shown to the company. After that I came back to the company and was transferred to the training workshop. There I made workpieces for production and was required to be able to do almost everything. Because I learned almost everything in the Wifi. Of course I wasn't able to do everything according to the trainers' expectations and I was often criticized and insulted for that. After that I went somewhere else again, there I milled workpieces, of course also for production and my boss there always had a fierce evil look on his face. And if you asked something, it just meant that you should already be able to do it and shouldn't ask anymore. I didn't get any praise in half a year of apprenticeship, but instead I got stomach problems, after which I lost so much weight that my parents wanted to take me to the anorexia ward. In the end, I felt badly trained and exploited, which is why I wouldn't recommend an apprenticeship there to anyone. Anton Paar GmbH is a hypocritical, exploitative and elitist company that scolds its apprentices for mediocre vocational school grades, as this does not correspond to the company's alleged elite standard. After half a year I was ill, as already mentioned, and then I gave up the apprenticeship and after a few weeks I was healthy again. Never again Anton Paar!!!!!!
