J	Jozefien Voorhuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation for 10, as I wanted to have dinner with a family of 4 and a family of 6. We arrived with 4 of us wearing ski boots. The highly rude garçon of the restaurant claimed he told me on the phone that ski boots are not allowed in the restaurant. This, unfortunately, had not been the case. An unpleasant surprise for both parties. We were refused access, but honestly the manners of the garçon were enough to make us leave. Hospitality level below zero. Do not book.

C	Caroline Vargas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience. The hotel is very well located and all its infrastructure is impeccable. The breakfast is just wonderful. The spa environments are great, the only drawback is the dispute for the jacuzzi on the terrace and the sauna allows men to be naked, I did not feel comfortable, but I understand that it is a habit in some places. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would go back.

We also did Halbpension which includes dinner, this was also mostly left over food and bread, salad buffet very small and again left over, not at all fresh. I will not be staying here again. Spa is very small and they only have a hot tub outside which is not ideal with cold weather.

S	Stephen Pickett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel, one of the best in St Anton if not the best, very friendly and helpful staff, nice big rooms with great facilities including big shower and bath, and two sinks - bathroom has a heated rail for drying towels and clothing on which is great for skiers. Spa is nice with sauna, steam room, showers and hot tub but this was the let down as, though it is big, there are only six jets plus lots of small air holes but these are useless. However, don't let that stop you from booking here, everything else was great and I was so glad I booked to stay!
