★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese firma ist ne reinste Katastrophe. Noch nie im meinem leben wurde ich so schlecht und unfreundlich behandelt. Nicht einmal diesen einen stern würde ich dieser firma übergeben. Dort werden die Mitarbeiter wie sklaven behandelt.
 This company is a catastrophe. I have never been treated so badly and unkindly in my life. I would not even hand over this one star to this company. There the employees are treated like slaves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das techn. Kundenservice ist qualitativ ähnlich beisammen wie die Produktübersicht und -suchfunktion auf der Homepage. Das Unternehmen ist offensichtlich nicht einmal fähig oder gewillt kurz zu antworten, dass man jemandem eine Auskunft zu einem Produkt nicht geben will oder kann.
Letztklassiger Support gegenüber Privatpersonen mit Fragen zu den eigenen Produkten.
The techn. Customer service is qualitatively similar to the product overview and search function on the homepage. Obviously the company is not even able or willing to answer briefly that you can not or do not want to give someone information about a product.
Ultimate support to individuals with questions about their own products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Firma Anstoß und ihren Geschäftspartnern der personalfirma Leitner gibt es nichts menschliches. Die Mitarbeiter werden einerseits bedroht, das wenn sie sich bei der AK beschweren sie gekündigt werden. Die Personal Firma Leitner ist nicht viel besser. Sie meldet die Mitarbeiter an und ab wie es ihr gefällt (krank, nicht genügend Tage für die betriebssperre).
At the company Anstoß and its business partners of the personnel company Leitner there is nothing human. The employees are on the one hand threatened that if they complain to the AK they will be terminated. The staff company Leitner is not much better. She logs the staff on and off as she pleases (sick, not enough days to lock up).
