J	Johannes Lercher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zufrieden, weil: Ich habe bei der Firma Anrei ein Schlafzimmer TARES (5 türigen Schrank inkl. Bett) in Asteiche weiß geölt bzw. Leder und Glas/Holztüren in steingrau lackiert gekauft. Vorweg möchte ich erwähnen, dass ich mit der handwerklichen Ausführung sehr zufrieden bin. Leider ist der Farbtonunterschied Leder/Glastüren (siehe Foto) sehr groß und zu dem Preis nicht akzeptabel. Auf meine Anfrage erklärte mir der Verkaufsleiter, dass eine Gleichung Leder/Glas nicht möglich sei. Gleichzeitig bot er mir eine Neuanfertigung der Holztüren mit genauer Farbanpassung gegen Bezahlung an. ???????????? Es ist also sehr wohl möglich eine dementsprechende Qualität zu liefern! Ich bin nicht bereit für eine zu erbringende Leistung nochmals zu bezahlen. Als Kunde bin ich von der Firma Anrei und Ihrer Reklamationsausgang mehr als enttäuscht und kann nur jedem der in Betracht zieht ein Möbel bei dieser Firma zu kaufen zu raten sich die Farbtöne verbindlich bemustern zu lassen! Not satisfied because: I bought a TARES bedroom (5-door wardrobe incl. Bed) in knotty oak, oiled white, or leather and glass / wooden doors painted in stone gray from the Anrei company. First of all I would like to mention that I am very satisfied with the craftsmanship. Unfortunately, the color difference between leather and glass doors (see photo) is very large and not acceptable at the price. When I asked, the sales manager told me that a leather / glass equation was not possible. At the same time he offered me a new production of the wooden doors with exact color matching for a fee. ???????????? So it is very possible to deliver a corresponding quality! I am not willing to pay again for a service to be performed. As a customer of the Anrei company and your complaints, I am more than disappointed and can only advise anyone who is considering buying a piece of furniture from this company to have a binding sample of the colors!

Die Beratung war erstklassig und wir fühlten uns im Schauraum sehr wohl. Die Qualität der Produkte kann man dort "spüren". Wir haben auch gleich unseren neuen Esstisch modelliert und bestellt. Gratulation für diese Qualität an Beratungs-Service & Schauraum-Ausstattung. My fiancée and I were in the ANREI showroom today. We were looking for a real wood dining table with a special appearance and dimensions. The advice was first class and we felt very comfortable in the showroom. You can "feel" the quality of the products there. We also modeled and ordered our new dining table right away. Congratulations for this quality of advice service and showroom equipment.

Wohliges Ambiente im Schauraum, gemütliche Atmosphäre, extrem freundliches Personal, sehr kompetente Beratung. Wer hier nichts findet,...?! An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich auch noch bei Alois bedanken, der uns in unserer Entscheidung sehr geholfen hat. Just as the area or the village presents itself (cozy, decelerated), the Anrei company also fits in with it. Comfortable atmosphere in the showroom, cozy atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, very competent advice. If you can't find anything here ...?!
