+ gute Lage neben Messegelände sowie gut vom Bahnhof oder der Autobahn erreichbar
+ Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis (5€/Tag) vorhanden
+ Zimmergröße mehr als ausreichend
+ sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung (dein Handy ist der Garagen und auch Zimmer Schlüssel)
+ gute Appartmentausstattung (Herd, Kaffemaschine, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Fernseher usw.)
+ sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber
- Badezimmer könnte größer sein
- das Mobiliar ist sehr abgewohnt und sollte erneuert werden
+ Price / performance is okay
+ good location next to the exhibition center and easily accessible from the train station or the motorway
+ Parking space available for an extra charge (5 € / day)
+ Room size more than adequate
+ very uncomplicated processing (your mobile phone is the garage and room key)
+ good apartment equipment (stove, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, etc.)
+ very friendly and helpful hosts
- Bathroom could be bigger
- the furniture is very shabby and should be renewed
