★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal, dass nicht bedient, wenn Kunden anwesend sind. Teilwiese unfreundlich, wenn jemand einen Kaffee bestellt, steht der Betrieb solange still, bis der Pappbecher fertig ist. Eine Verkaufsausbildung der Leute ist defacto nicht vorhanden. Ein Totalversagen des Management, sowas unterirdisches ist mir noch selten untergekommen
 Staff that is not serviced when customers are present. Teilwiese unfriendly, if someone ordered a coffee, the operation is quiet until the paper cup is ready. A sales education of the people is defacto not available. A total failure of the management, something subterranean me is rarely found

Er fragt, ob es ein großer oder kleiner Verlängerten sein soll Bislang wurde mir diese Frage noch nie in einem Lokal gestellt und meines Wissens nach gibt es nur EINEN Verlängerten. Unwirsch sagte er, OIDA. Kein weiterer Besuch dort.
05.20.2021, 11.00 a.m. - I order a cake and an extended brown from the young man at the counter.
He asks whether it should be a large or a small extended person. So far I have never been asked this question in a restaurant and to my knowledge there is only ONE extended person. He said irritably, OIDA. No further visit there.

Ich wollte einen Cappuccino mit Karamellsirup und obwohl es sowohl Cappuccino als auch Karamellsirup gab, konnte man diesen nicht bestellen, da er nicht auf der Karte aufgeführt war. Daher leider kein eingehen auf Sonderwünsche möglich, was ich bei einem Bäcker sehr schade und sehr Kunden unfreundlich finde
Unfortunately not recommended! I wanted a cappuccino with caramel syrup, and although there was both cappuccino and caramel syrup, it couldn't be ordered as it wasn't on the menu. Therefore, unfortunately, no response to special requests possible, which I find very unfortunate at a bakery and very unfriendly to customers
