Das Personal ist meist sehr freundlich bis auf die etwas übergewichtige Dame. Diese ist extrem unfreundlich, kann weder grüßen noch bitte oder danke sagen

The staff is mostly very friendly except for the slightly overweight lady. This is extremely unfriendly, can neither greet nor say please or thank you

Ordered 2 chocolate croissants and paid for, only received one. The last time 2 sausages in a dressing gown ordered and paid for, they were also forgotten. Now I know I pointed to the tip. It's a joke
