★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unzuverlässig. Es hieß ruft heute zurück, was 2 Tage nicht geschah, erst nach meinem weiteren Anruf, Rückruf am nächsten Tag. Dann nach Termin warten auf den Prüfbefund. Schade!
 Unreliable. It was called call back today, which did not happen for 2 days, only after my further call, call back the next day. Then wait for the test results after the appointment. Pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Kunde dieser DPD-Annahmestelle muss man Geduld mitbringen und darauf gefasst sein, dass manche Adressaten gar nicht beliefert werden können weil der Chef seinen Terminal nur rudimentär bedienen kann und bezweifelt dass die Adresse existiert. Aber die Post ist ja nah und dort funktioniert es.
Update nach vielen Besuchen und Berichtigung auf einen Stern (0 kann man nicht vergeben):
Die Inkompetenz des Chefs himself in Bezug auf Paketdienste ist unbeschreiblich.
Zitat: "Zwischen 25.12. und 8.1. werden keine Pakete von GLS oder DPD abgeholt". Nachfrage: nur von diesem Shop oder generell?
"Generell".
Natürlich ist das falsch, nur nicht von diesem Shop weil der geschlossen bleibt. Das darf der geschätzte Kunde aber mit Aufwand selbst herausfinden und kann sein Paket in Traiskirchen doch noch pünktlich versenden - wie alle anderen Pakete in Zukunft auch. Es ist zwar weiter weg aber schont die Nerven.
As a customer of this DPD acceptance point, you have to be patient and be prepared for the fact that some addressees cannot be delivered at all because the boss can only operate his terminal rudimentary and doubts that the address exists. But the post office is close by and it works there.
Update after many visits and correction to a star (0 cannot be assigned):
The incompetence of the boss himself with regard to parcel services is indescribable.
Quote: "Between December 25th and January 8th, no parcels will be picked up by GLS or DPD". Demand: only from this shop or in general?
"Generally".
Of course that's wrong, just not from this shop because it's closed. The valued customer can find that out for himself with a lot of effort and can still send his parcel in Traiskirchen on time - like all other parcels in the future. It is further away but it is easy on the nerves.
