Fast delivery of the goods ordered in the online shop! Offer was really "fair" as advertised. In addition, engine oil was already topped up. Great service! Gladly again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute und faire Telefonberatung vor dem Kauf. Herr Höfler war sehr bemüht den Lieferverzug des Herstellers ( Convid 19 ist natürlich schuld) zu entschuldigen.
Preis-Leistung entschädigen aber das lange warten.
Good and fair telephone advice before buying. Mr Höfler tried very hard to excuse the manufacturer's delay in delivery (Convid 19 is of course to blame).
Price-performance compensate for the long wait.

Frau Höfler war sehr nett und hat meinen Fehler beim Bestellvorgang sofort erkannt und von sich aus korrigiert und mir eine freundliche Mail geschrieben. Außerdem erfolgte die Lieferung in Rekordzeit und das Wichtigste . . . die Qualität der Wolle ist einzigartig und das zu einem tollen Preis!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben vor einem Jahr ein Sprühgerät bestellt, bei dem nun leider Probleme mit dem Akku aufgetreten sind. Herr Höfler hat sich bei der Herstellerfirma für unseren Fall eingesetzt. Dadurch wurde uns von dieser binnen einer Woche völlig unbürokratisch ein Ersatzgerät zugeschickt. Wie ich finde ein sehr guter Service, der nicht selbstverständlich ist. Deshalb kann ich die Firma gerne weiter empfehlen und würde dort sofort wieder etwas bestellen.
We ordered a sprayer a year ago and unfortunately there were problems with the battery. Mr. Höfler advocated our case at the manufacturing company. As a result, they sent us a replacement device within a week, completely unbureaucratically. How I find very good service that cannot be taken for granted. That's why I can recommend the company to others and would order something again immediately.
