Die wöchentliche Stiegenhausreinigung war oftmals nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Anbieter hat sich unverständlicherweise über normalen Dreck von Kinderschuhen beschwert, der einfach mit dem Besen wegzuwischen war. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass bestimmte Mitarbeiter ohne Wasserwechsel und ohne vorheriges Fegen den Dreck im Stiegenhaus einfach nur verteilt haben und nach nicht mal einer halben Stunde bereits fertig waren. Wir haben jetzt in Eigenregie eine Reinigung vorgenommen und extrem viel Staub und Dreck entfernt. Im Stiegenhaus brannte aufgrund einer Störung über zwei Wochen ununterbrochen das Licht und die Notbeleuchtung war lange defekt. Hier hatten wir nicht den Eindruck, dass sich der Hausmeister einsetzt und den Dingen nachgeht und für das Gebäude Verantwortung übernimmt. Zum Vertragsinhalt gab es unnötige Diskussionen betreffend der Pflege der bepflanzten Hänge, obwohl das im unterschriebenen Vertrag ganz klar geregelt war. Als der Anbieter dann endlich zumindest einen Hang 'gepflegt' hat dann hat er gleich alle von der Gärtnerei gepflanzten Sträucher komplett abgeschnitten, obwohl wir schriftlich an die Hausverwaltung kommuniziert hatten dass diese zu erhalten sind. Auf unsere Beschwerde kam eine sehr unprofessionelle Email, dann hat der Anbieter von sich aus gekündigt. The provider complained, incomprehensibly, about normal dirt from children's shoes that could simply be wiped away with a broom. We got the impression that certain employees simply spread the dirt in the stairwell without changing the water and without prior sweeping and were already finished after less than half an hour. We have now carried out a cleaning on our own and removed a lot of dust and dirt. Due to a malfunction, the light in the stairwell was on continuously for two weeks and the emergency lighting was defective for a long time. Here we did not have the impression that the caretaker was committed to investigating things and taking responsibility for the building. As for the content of the contract, there were unnecessary discussions regarding the maintenance of the planted slopes, although this was clearly regulated in the signed contract. When the provider finally 'tended' at least one slope, he immediately completely cut off all the bushes planted by the nursery, although we had communicated in writing to the property management that these are to be preserved. We received a very unprofessional email on our complaint, then the provider canceled on his own initiative.
