★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben ein Zimmer gebucht gehabt für einen teuren Preis. Jetzt ist das Festival weswegen wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben abgesagt worden. Natürlich baten wir um Stornierung. Es gab nicht einen Cent zurück von dem Geld was wir bezahlt haben... die Stornierungskosten waren genau so hoch wie der Betrag den wir für das Zimmer zahlen sollten! Und das sind für eine Stornierung definitiv zu viele Kosten! Ich bin echt enttäuscht bevor ich überhaupt jemals da gewesen bin...
 We booked a room for an expensive price. Now the festival we booked this hotel for has been canceled. Of course we asked for cancellation. There was not a cent back from what we paid ... the cancellation fee was the same as the amount we should have paid for the room! And that is definitely too much cost for a cancellation! I'm really disappointed before I've ever been there ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein wirklich spitzen Hotel im Herzen von Sölden, alle Mitarbeiter rund um Herrn Arnold einfach TOP, sehr freundlich und nett. Extrem hilfsbereit und bemüht. Früchstück lässt keine Wünsche offen Sehr zu empfehlen. Auf alle Fälle gerne wieder wenn der Radmarathon wieder ansteht.
A really great hotel in the heart of Sölden, all employees around Mr. Arnold are simply TOP, very friendly and nice. Extremely helpful and tried hard. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Highly recommended. In any case, gladly again when the bike marathon is due again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur perfekt!!! Würde mehr Sterne ? ? ? ? ? ? vergeben, denn hier stimmt einfach alles und das zum günstigen Preis. Die Besitzer sind einfach nur herzlich und für alles offen. Frühstück ist sehr ausgewogen. Komme gerne wieder wenn ich wieder auf der Durchreise bin. Auch für längeren Aufenthalt würde ich behaupten hätte man eine super Zeit!Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!!!
Just perfect !!! Would give more stars ? ? ? ? ? ?, because everything is just right here and at a reasonable price. The owners are just warm and open to anything. Breakfast is very balanced. I would love to come back if I am passing through again. Even for a longer stay, I would say you have a great time! Thank you for the great stay!

The breakfast doesn't have too many options, but it is delicious and we were able to eat different things in 4 days. The owners of the hotel are very nice, they gave us a lot of advices regarding what to visit, where to eat and what can we do considering the time of our staying.
