★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat es nicht geschafft Vorhänge auf die vereinbarte Länge zu kürzen obwohl die Länge auf einem Zettel stand und alles besprochen war. 4cm zu kurz.
Didn't manage to shorten the curtains to the agreed length even though the length was on a piece of paper and everything had been discussed. 4cm too short.

Recently, I brought in a wool jumper which was quite worn-in and had holes in the underarms and elbows. Now, the jumper looks as if the damage had never existed, you can't even see where it's been repaired!
