Er kombiniert unterschiedlichste Techniken um Verspannungen und Verklebungen effizient zu lösen, verklemmte Gelenke oder verkürzte Sehnen zu korrigieren und wo nötig auch in die tiefe Muskulatur zu arbeiten. Dabei kann es schon einmal intensiver und kräftiger, aber dennoch sehr zielgerichtet, zugehen. Anando erklärt geduldig was er entdeckt und was er tut, fragt ständig nach ob alles in Ordnung ist und passt sich natürlich an die Schmerzgrenze seiner Kunden an. Kann ich jedem weiter empfehlen, der Schmerzen hat und Hilfe braucht, oder auch Leuten die viel Sport treiben und einen Ausgleich dazu benötigen, aber auch wenn man einfach mal entspannen möchte ist man bei Anando sehr gut aufgehoben!
