Da ich seit 22 Jahren damit zu tun habe FÄLLT BESONDERS AUF / Das war bzw. lief man viel besser, angenehmer, einfacher. . . man erhielt Auskünfte , Verwalter haben sich etwas mehr engagiert und waren schneller bei einem Problem um Klärung bemüht, oft auf Anruf, Fristversprechen oder mündlich. DOCH nun ist es sehr Mühsam geworden - jede Kleinigkeit muß x-mal schriftlich dokumentiert und eingereicht werden, wenn man dringed jemanden vom Fach benötigt kaum möglich ... und ständig die Datenschutz Rede, ist gut und in Ordnung ja - aber wird hier aber VÖLLIG ÜBERTRIEBEN ANGEWAND. Man ist ja nicht seit 2 Monaten da, .... Bei kaum einem Amt kann man BÜROKATIE SO STARK ZU SPÜREN BEKOMMEN, das sollte schon etwas ""zugänglicher"" sein. So bleibt nur übrig zu hoffen das NACH DER KORRUPTIONSAFFÄRE DER FPÖ .. nun die neue Stadtregierung ab 2022 frischen Wind bringt. DANKE. THAT WAS BETTER!!! Since I've been dealing with it for 22 years, IT'S PARTICULARLY NOTICEABLE / It was or was much better, more pleasant, easier. . . information was received, administrators were a little more committed and tried to clarify a problem more quickly, often on the phone, promising a deadline or verbally. BUT now it has become very tedious - every little thing has to be documented x times in writing and submitted, if you urgently need someone from the specialist hardly possible ... and constantly the data protection speech, is good and ok yes - but here it is COMPLETE EXCESSIVELY APPLIED. You haven't been there for 2 months.... There is hardly any office where you can FEEL SO STRONG OFFICECATE, it should be a bit more ""accessible"". So it only remains to hope that AFTER THE CORRUPTION AFFAIR OF THE FPÖ .. the new city government will bring a breath of fresh air from 2022. THANK YOU.
