★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum ersten Mal in einem Bauernladen in Graz diese köstlichen Fleischnudeln und auch die aus meiner Kindheit bekannten Kletzennudeln gekauft, und mit Genuss verspeist.
For the first time in a farm shop in Graz bought these delicious meat noodles and also the Kletz noodles known from my childhood, and ate them with pleasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich liebe die Amlacher Kasnudel, also war ich mir auch zu 100% sicher, als ich die Steinpilz-RuCola Nudeln im Villacher Atrio kaufte, die Enttäuschung war also umso größer, als sich die Füllung als breiige, nicht zu definierende, viel zu stark gepfefferte Masse entpuppte. Also von Steinpilzen wirklich keine Spur. Unserer ganzen Familie haben diese Nudeln leider gar nicht geschmeckt, also bleiben wir in Zukunft wieder nur mehr bei den Kasnudeln.
I love the Amlacher Kasnudel, so I was 100% sure when I bought the Porcini-RuCola noodles in the Villacher Atrio, so the disappointment was all the greater when the filling turned out to be mushy, indefinable, much too peppery Mass turned out. So really no trace of porcini mushrooms. Unfortunately, our whole family didn't like these noodles at all, so we will only stick to the cheese noodles in the future.

Way too much dough. Not curled. The fullness too dry and tasteless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Großartig! Die Nudeln schmecken besser als in den meisten Restaurants. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an deftigen und süßen Varianten. Unbedingt einkehren und zuhause durchprobieren! Öffnungszeiten 7-14 Uhr.
Great! The noodles taste better than in most restaurants. There is a large selection of hearty and sweet variants. Definitely stop by and try it out at home! Opening times 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Vor allem die mit Fleischfüllung sind ein Traum!! Die vegane Variante mit Steinpilzen und Rucola sind auch wirklich lecker!

Especially those with meat filling are a dream !! The vegan version with porcini mushrooms and rocket are also really delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Nudelsorten im Werksverkauf gekauft und getestet. Kärtner Käsenudeln und Fleischnudeln. (Ähnlich Ravioli). Füllung nicht so unser Geschmack. Speckknödel dagegen waren sehr gut und lecker. 2 Tage später gesehen das es die Produkte im SPAR Supermarkt in Radenthein wesentlich billiger als im Werksverkauf gibt. Ungewöhnliche Geschäftspolitik.
2 types of pasta bought and tested in the factory. Carinthian cheese noodles and meat noodles. (Similar to ravioli). Filling is not our taste. Bacon dumplings, on the other hand, were very good and tasty. Two days later we saw that the products in the SPAR supermarket in Radenthein are much cheaper than in the factory outlet. Unusual business policy.
