G	Gabriela Salzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich suchte ich nur die Telefonnummer des Instituts und bin bei den Rezessionen gelandet, die ich sehr ungerecht empfinde. Es ist interessant, dass jemand das Institut kritisiert, weil er vom untersuchenden Arzt nicht die Behandlung erhält, die er für richtig befindet. Oder anhand des Schalterpersonals auf die Leistungen der Therapeuten schließt, sich über die Freundlichkeit der Schalterkräfte beschwert, mit denen er bei einer Behandlung zwei Minuten Kontakt hat - außer er ist kompliziert. Ich bin schon jahrelang Patientin in diesem Institut, kenne auch andere, und war immer zufrieden. Vor allem dann, wenn der Schmerz nachließ und nur deswegen war ich dort und werde demnächst wieder hingehen. Für meinen Teil kann ich nur sagen, dass das Schalterpersonal extrem freundlich ist und im Umgang mit Patienten sicher gut geschult wurde. Selbst bei schwierigen Patienten verlieren sie nicht die Geduld (allerdings würde es mich nicht wundern, wenn bei manchen Patienten auch die Damen am Schalter an ihre Grenzen stoßen). Der Arzt nimmt sich für die Untersuchung Zeit und bespricht die Therapie. Die Masseure und Therapeuten, sind freundlich, bestens ausgebildet und einfühlsam, um den Patienten möglichst schnell zu helfen. Das dabei auch der Patient mithelfen muss, ist sicher jedem klar. Und wenn nicht, gibt er eben eine negative Rezession ab. ;-) Actually, I was just looking for the institute's phone number and ended up with the recessions, which I find very unfair. It is interesting that someone criticizes the institute for not getting the treatment from the examining doctor that he thinks is right. Or draw conclusions about the therapists' services based on the counter staff, complain about the friendliness of the counter staff with whom he has two minutes of contact during a treatment - unless it is complicated. I have been a patient at this institute for years, know others too, and have always been satisfied. Especially when the pain subsided and that's the only reason I was there and will go back soon. For my part, I can only say that the counter staff are extremely friendly and have certainly been well trained in dealing with patients. Even with difficult patients, they do not lose patience (although I would not be surprised if the ladies at the counter reach their limits with some patients). The doctor takes time for the examination and discusses the therapy. The masseurs and therapists are friendly, well trained and empathetic to help the patient as quickly as possible. It is certainly clear to everyone that the patient must also help with this. And if not, it will be a negative recession. ;-)

I am totally enthusiastic and very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and hard-working. The treatments are great, I can only recommend them.

Alles in allem ist dies ein Beispiel für eine Institution, die nicht sein sollte. leider habe ich auf einen termin für meine therapie gewartet jetzt bleibt mir keine andere wahl, als mit dieser einrichtung fortzufahren. Ich empfehle dies niemandem. I should give 0 rating‼ ️ I don't know which is worse, receptionist or therapist ?! All in all, this is an example of an institution that shouldn't be. unfortunately i have been waiting for an appointment for my therapy now i have no choice but to continue with this facility. I don't recommend this to anyone.

Die Damen am Empfang sind tatsächlich etwas harsch manchmal, aber nicht grundlos. Prinzipiell sind die Damen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich verstehe mittlerweile auch warum sie manchmal harsch sind, weil es eine große Anzahl an Patient_innen gibt, die sich respektlos verhalten, beispielsweise nicht abmelden, Termine verfallen lassen ohne Rückmeldung, unpünktlich sind, etc.. Kassenleistungen sollten ebenso gewürdigt werden. Die Therapie war völlig in Ordnung, wie auch die durchführenden Personen. Nur die Einrichtung, die ist in den 90ern hängen geblieben ;-). I have a few appointments behind me and have thus been able to form a good picture of myself. The ladies at the reception are actually a bit harsh at times, but not without reason. In principle, the ladies are friendly and helpful. I now understand why they are sometimes harsh, because there are a large number of patients who behave disrespectfully, for example not canceling, letting appointments expire without feedback, being late, etc. Health insurance benefits should also be appreciated. The therapy was perfectly fine, as was the person performing it. Only the facility, it got stuck in the 90s ;-).

Der Grund liegt nicht an den Therapeutinnen_en... diese sind auf ihrem Gebiet kompetent und auch sehr freundlich. Bedauerlicherweise sind die Damen am Empfang dermassen unfreundlich das man sich einfach nicht willkommen fühlt. Ich kann verstehen das so ein Tag mitunter sehr anstrengend sein kann. Jedoch ist der Empfang das Aushängeschild eines jeden Betriebes. Und solche Mitarbeiter sind in meinen Augen nicht qualifiziert, denn man muss auch mit Stress und teils unfreundlichen Gegebenheiten umgehen können, sonst ist es falscher Beruf! Selbst wenn man in der Kabine ist, hört man Therapeuten unter sich über die Damen vom Empfang und ihre "Herzlichkeit" reden. Wenn man sich die Bewertungen durchliest, sollte man vielleicht an der Personalauswahl arbeiten... Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this institute either! The reason is not due to the therapists ... they are competent in their field and also very friendly. Unfortunately, the ladies at the reception are so unfriendly that you just don't feel welcome. I can understand that such a day can be very exhausting. However, the reception is the flagship of every company. And such employees are not qualified in my opinion, because you have to be able to deal with stress and sometimes unfriendly conditions, otherwise it is the wrong job! Even when you are in the cabin, you can hear therapists talking among themselves about the ladies from the reception and their "warmth". Perhaps if you read through the reviews one should work on hiring ...

Manchmal warte ich etwas länger, weil Leute ihre Terminzetteln nicht lesen wollen oder können. Dann gibts unnötige Gespräche am Schalter...aber wiegesagt, ansonsten ist alles ok! Weiter so! I have been in good hands here for years and am very satisfied. With the services, but also with the ladies at the counter. Sometimes I wait a little longer because people don't want or can't read their appointment slips. Then there are unnecessary conversations at the counter... but as I said, everything else is ok! Keep it up!
K	Kathrin Lukac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht mal einen Stern hat das Institut verdient. Bis auf der slowakische Therapeut sind vom Schalter weg alle Mitarbeiter die mich betreut haben unfreundlich!!! Ich wollte einen Termin absagen weil ich krank bin und sie haben auf die Patientennummer bestanden, als würden sie mich unter meinen Namen nicht finden können. Aus Datenschutzgründen. Wenn ich im Spital liege kann ich die Nummer auch nicht geben. Die Damen sollten sich einen neuen Job suchen wo sie keiner sieht. Mit Menschen können sie nicht arbeiten bei soviel Unmenschlichkeit. Von Anfang an habe ich mich unwohl und nicht willkommen gefühlt. Habe alle weiteren Termine abgesagt. So werde ich das auch bei der ÖGKK melden. Es gibt viel bessere Institute in Wien. The institute doesn't even deserve one star. Except for the Slovakian therapist, all the employees who looked after me were unfriendly from the counter!!! I wanted to cancel an appointment because I'm sick and they insisted on the patient number as if they couldn't find me by my name. For data protection reasons. When I'm in the hospital I can't give the number either. The ladies should look for a new job where nobody sees them. With so much inhumanity they cannot work with people. From the start I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I canceled all other appointments. I will also report this to the ÖGKK. There are much better institutes in Vienna.
