An einen Montag konnte ich nicht kommen und deshalb wurden mir alle Termine gestrichen. Empfangsdame hat mir gesagt, dass man ein Tag vorher absagen muss... Nur, ein Tag davor war Sonntag und die arbeiten nicht am Sonntag !!! Für mich - nie wieder !!! Doctor is very good. Unfortunately the massages were disastrously unprofessional which caused even more pain. I couldn't come on a Monday, so all appointments were canceled. The receptionist told me that you have to cancel the day before ... Only, the day before was Sunday and they don't work on Sunday !!! For me - never again!

Die Massagen auch sehr gut, ebenso die Damen am Empfang äußerst kompetent und freundlich. Ich freue mich bei jedem Termin auch über den Gymnastikraum mit Muskelaufbautraining. I am very satisfied with the outpatient clinic in the passage. Doctor very good and takes care of the matter. The massages were also very good, as were the ladies at the front desk extremely competent and friendly. I also look forward to the gym with muscle building training at every appointment.

Sehr netter telefonischer Erstkontakt, superschneller Termin und eine sehr nette und kompetente Ärztin, die sich extrem viel Zeit nimmt und auf jeden einzelnen eingeht. Ich war das erste mal dort und habe mich wohl und sehr gut beraten gefühlt. Auch die Empfangsdamen waren sehr kompetent und versuchen auf jeden Terminwunsch einzugehen. Top! I cannot understand the previous negative reviews. Very nice initial telephone contact, super-fast appointment and a very nice and competent doctor who takes a lot of time and deals with each individual. I was there for the first time and felt comfortable and very well advised. The receptionists were also very competent and tried to accommodate every appointment request. Top!

Wer den erforderlichen ärztlichen Dienst bei Frau Dr. Michaela Kornfeld absolviert hat bekommt gleich im Anschluß von den Damen der Anmeldung seine Termine für die Behandlungen sowie einen ausgedruckten Parkschein womit man auf dem angeschlossenen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz gratis Parken kann. Dafür sind 10 gekennzeichnete Parkplätze vorhanden. Geht sich aber immer aus. Sollte dies jedoch einmal nicht der Fall sein muß man halt Parkgebühr bezahlen. Sind die Termine für die Behandlungen vorhanden sollte man immer pünktlich sein da keine bzw. geringe Wartezeiten. Umkledeideräume für Damen und Herren sowie darin befindliche Duschen und Kästchen für abgelegte Bekleidung vorhanden. Vorhangschloß muß man mit nehmen. Ebenso ein Badetuch das als Auflage für die Behandlungsliege dient. Auch ein eigenes Handtuch zum Abwischen des Gel bei Ultraschallbehandlung. Frau Dr. Kornfeld ist eine sehr erfahrene, liebenswerte und nette Ärztin. Auch vom Personal kann nichts negatives berichtet werden. Jeder Therapeut/In geht individuell auf die Bedürfnisse des Patienten ein damit es diesen bald wieder besser geht. Das Ambulatorium liegt zwar im 1. Stock. Aufzug vorhanden. Behindertengerechter Eingang. Well organized clinic. Registration required. Anyone who requires the necessary medical service from Dr. Michaela Kornfeld will immediately receive his appointments for the treatments and a printed parking ticket from the ladies at the registration desk, which you can use to park for free in the adjoining paid car park. There are 10 marked parking spaces available for this purpose. But it's always possible. However, if this is not the case, you have to pay a parking fee. If the appointments for the treatments are available, you should always be on time as there are no or little waiting times. Changing rooms for women and men as well as showers and lockers for discarded clothing are available. You have to take a padlock with you. Likewise, a bath towel that serves as a pad for the treatment couch. Also own towel for wiping the gel during ultrasonic treatment. Miss Dr. Kornfeld is a very experienced, lovable and nice doctor. Nothing negative can be said about the staff either. Each therapist responds individually to the needs of the patient so that they feel better again soon. The outpatient clinic is on the first floor. Elevator available. Disabled entrance.
