Christine ist besonders gut und ein Herr, ich glaube Peter heißt er, er hat so ein ausländischen Akzent und ist schlank und groß von der Statur her. Ich bin froh das Institut gefunden zu haben, bei anderen Institutionen hätte ich auf den ersten Termin mehrere Monate warten müssen. The staff is very careful, one of the masseuses may not be so happy in their job but thankfully I do not get so close to her. Christine is especially good and a gentleman, I think Peter means he, he has such a foreign accent and is slim and tall in stature. Als ich nach einer zweiter Meinung gefragt habe und meine Überweisung verlangt habe, hat man gesehen das der alte man keine Geduld zeigt und man besser aufgehoben ist wenn man diesen Ort meidet. Im Gegenteil: Ich habe mir in der Zeit der Behandlung 2 x den Nacken verrissen (1 x aufgrund der Empfehlung einer neuen Schlafposition). Sehr unterschiedliche Qualität der Masseure. Meistens dauern die Massagen keine 15 Minuten, sondern nur 10 Minuten. Es gibt einige Massagebetten ohne Gesichtsloch, die für Rückenprobleme sehr ungeeignet sind. Bei der Gymnastik wurde kaum Gymnastik gemacht. Die 2 Physiotherapeuten geben widersprüchliche Tipps, was zu vielen Fragezeichen führt. Ich werde mir eine neue Physiotherapie suchen, es war leider vergeudete Zeit. Very disappointing, my back problems have not improved (after 10 treatments). Anfangs wurden mir mögliche Termine zugesendet, danach aber nie wieder eine Rückmeldung bezüglich Anpassungen erhalten. Antworten nicht auf Mails und mehrmals angerufen, leider auch nie abgehoben. Sehr unseriös wenn es um das Leiden anderer geht. Man sollte ja meinen, solche Ordinationen würden ihre Arbeit ernst nehmen. Ich lasse mich nirgendwo behandeln, wo man es nicht hinbekommt, erreichbar zu sein. Nicht zu empfehlen. I can't say much about the treatment because it never happened.
