Als ich sie darauf angesprochen habe, war ihre Antwort, dass sie heute keine gute Laune habe. Sie bieten eine Dienstleistung an und Höflichkeit gehört zu dieser dazu und ich bin ein Kunde der gerne höflich und nett bedient werden möchte.
