Ich muss mich als Kunde ja auskennen da er mit "Fachwissen" um sich geschmissen hat ob das und das und das vorhanden ist . Habe ihn darauf hingewiesen dass er mit einer Kundschaft bzw. zukünftigen Kundschaft redet.. Schickte ihm am selben Tag noch fotos unseres Tores. Bis dato 29.08.2019 keine Reaktion. Anscheinend brauchen Firmen hierzulande und heutzutage keinerlei Aufträge mehr. Wurde von unserem Nachbar empfohlen wir haben aber genau das gegenteil erlebt bevor es überhaupt zu einem Auftrag kam. Anfrage war an die Zentrale STOOB gerichtet. Danke On 19.08.2019 request or Rückrüf because of a door drive (swing gate). Employees (cell phone end no. 027) pretty badly on the phone. Was recommended by our neighbor but we experienced exactly the opposite before it ever came to an order. Inquiry was addressed to the STOOB headquarters. Thank you

A	Alexander Kiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualität des Material ist in Ordnung jedoch kein freundliches Beratungspersonal, sehr überheblicher Verkäufer, der bei den ersten Problemen auf einmal kein Verkäufer mehr war sondern nurmehr für die Vermessung zuständig, 4 Wochen Verzögerung bei Montage. Keine Weiterempfehlung meinerseits. Quality of the material is fine but not a friendly consulting staff, very arrogant seller, who was suddenly no longer a seller at the first problems but only responsible for the survey, 4 weeks delay in assembly. No recommendation on my part.

E	Elmar Kräutler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerst muss ich die fachlich Kompetenz der Beratung hervorheben. Der Verkäufer konnte mir alle Fragen zu meiner Einbausituation sehr gut erklären und beantworten. Gott sei Dank auch jene fragen die ich gar nicht gestellt hatte. Hier war das Gespräch echt sein Geld Wert (man muss halt gewillt sein dem Experten glauben zu schenken). Die Lieferung kam wie vereinbart und die Montage wurde rasch durchgeführt. Alles in allem ein Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Qualität muss nicht immer teuer sein. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Kollarits Team. First I have to emphasize the technical competence of the advice. The seller was able to explain and answer all my questions about my installation situation very well. Thank goodness also those questions that I hadn't even asked. Here the conversation was really worth the money (you just have to be willing to believe the expert). The delivery came as agreed and the assembly was carried out quickly. All in all a top price-performance ratio. Quality doesn't always have to be expensive. I'm very satisfied. Many thanks to the entire Kollarits team.
