â â â â â Im groĂen und ganzen ok. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und durchwegs freundlich. Was aber wirklich nervt und die AbladetĂ€tigkeit unnötig verzögert ist der Umstand, dass in die Halle auf den beiden Spuren eingefahren werden darf. Wenn man nun das Pech hat, dass man sowohl rechts als auch links jemanden vor sich hat der viel abzuladen hat, steht man mit leerem Fahrzeug völlig unnötig in Warteposition und verhindert dadurch, das Nachkommende abladen können. Dabei wĂ€re es so einfach, wenn ein Fahrstreifen fĂŒr Ausfahrende freigehalten wĂŒrde. Man könnte ausscheren und aus der Halle fahren. Die Wartezeiten wĂŒrden sich wahrscheinlich verkĂŒrzen auch wenn nur 3 oder 4 Fahrzeuge gleichzeitig in der Halle entladen werden. Eine weitere Möglichkeit wĂ€re die EinfĂŒhrung einer Schnellspur fĂŒr Leute, die nur geringe Mengen abladen. Auf diese Spur könnten dann auch jene Fahrzeuge wechseln, die groĂe Mengen geladen hatten, um auszufahren.
On the whole ok. The staff is helpful and friendly throughout. But what really annoys and the unloading unnecessarily delayed is the fact that may be retracted into the hall on the two lanes. If you have the misfortune, that you have both right and left someone in front of you who has a lot to unload, you stand with empty vehicle completely unnecessarily in waiting position and thus prevents the offspring can unload. It would be so easy if a lane for Ausfahrende would be kept free. You could go out and drive out of the hall. The waiting times would probably shorten even if only 3 or 4 vehicles are unloaded simultaneously in the hall. Another possibility would be the introduction of a fast lane for people who unload only small quantities. On this track could then change those vehicles that had loaded large quantities to drive out.
