Modern residential park at luxury level. Very close to the city center but also very close to the green and recreational area of the Danube Canal. Solid construction with good residents.

Very nice complex with common rooms, post room, quiet inner courtyard. The view from the 7th floor is fantastic! Unfortunately I don't live there, I'm just visiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice neighbours, great area. Negative review is due to the poor communication from developers and building company: 2 months to fix a leak in the bathroom within 8 months of use! Really a shame of what could have been a great complex, built very poorly. Beware if you are thinking of buying here.
