Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt aber nur bedingt. Nice industrial building. It was a good thing that the spinning mill was preserved as a testimony to the industrialization and economic history of the region. The price / performance ratio fits only to a limited extent.

Im Gewerbebereich sind noch 4 Einheiten verfügbar´, z.B. für Restaurant, Schauraum, etc. 3 lofts in precious shell construction are still available (as of mid-October 2017). 20 lofts have now been sold. 4 units are still available in the commercial area, e.g. for restaurant, showroom, etc.

Gutes beispiel was man aus alten Gemäuern machen kann! Beautifully renovated old factory, here, in contrast to many other industrial monuments, an architect has found something that has thought of it. Good example of what you can do from old masonry!
