So etwas ist mir in meinem Leben noch nie passiert. Im Service ist der Laden (verkauf) ein absoluter Reinfall, was Kommunikation und Kundennähe betrifft.
Wanted to buy a spare part and was, after I had not seen it buy a much too high price for a piece of plastic, downright shouting. This has never happened to me in my life. In the service the shop (sale) is an absolute flop, concerning communication and customer proximity.
