K	Katharina Greiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Kundendienst generell ist sehr schlecht und die fehlende Freundlichkeit. Schon vor Buchung telefonisch niemand erreichbar, und wenn man mal jemanden erwischt dann wird man nur vertröstet und einem nicht weitergeholfen. Der Whirlpool konnte nicht genutzt werden, da sich ja niemand darum gekümmert hat. So wie auch die Dusche. Dass das WLAN sowie die Sauna funktioniert hat, mussten wir selbst in die Hand nehmen. Für diesen Preis eine absolute Frechheit. Leider konnten wir unseren Urlaub nicht genießen und das gebuchte Chalet nicht nutzen. Würde jedem von den Kreischberg-Chalets abraten, da ich dies angesprochen habe und von der Rezeption nicht mal eine Entschuldigung kam. The customer service in general is very bad and the lack of friendliness. Even before booking no one can be reached by phone, and if you catch someone then you are only put off and not helped. The whirlpool could not be used, since no one took care of it. As is the shower. We had to take it into our own hands to ensure that the WLAN and the sauna worked. For this price an absolute cheek. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy our vacation and didn't use the booked chalet. Would advise everyone against the Kreischberg chalets, as I raised this and there was not even an apology from the front desk.
P	Petra Böswarth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein top Urlaub. Whirlpool ist der Hammer. Noch besser wäre es, wenn der pool nicht so einsichtig wäre. Aber dennoch super! Hütte top Zustand. Terasse haben wir oft genützt. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Chalet 55 (ganz neu). Daher hat noch bisschen was gefehlt (Sonnenschirm, den wir aber gleich bekommen haben). Öl, Pfeffer, sowie kaffee Filter haben wir selbst eingekauft. Geschirrtücher hätten wir noch mehr gebraucht und eine Decke für draußen wäre auch nett gewesen. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, sonst top!!! Sehr weiterzu empfehlen. Und tolle Lage für biker und skifahrer, direkt bei der Talstation. Rundherum sehr gute Restaurants. A great vacation. Whirlpool is awesome. It would be even better if the pool wasn't so clear. But still great! Hut top condition. We often used the terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. We had Chalet 55 (brand new). So there was still something missing (parasol, which we got right away). We bought oil, pepper and coffee filters ourselves. We would have needed more tea towels and a blanket for outside would have been nice too. But these are only small things, otherwise great! Highly recommended. And a great location for bikers and skiers, right at the valley station. Very good restaurants all around.
T	Thomas Höfler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Juli 2021 für 2 Wochen im Haus Nr. 16. Wir waren zufrieden. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereich. Das Haus war sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Häuser sind in der Zwischenzeit etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten an der einen oder anderen Stelle renoviert wurden. Was wir angemerkt hatten, wurde jedoch direkt am nächsten Tag in Ordnung gebracht. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Ruhige Lage - perfekt um runterzukommen. Im Umkreis von 30 - 50 km gibt es viele tolle Ausflugziele, so dass uns die 2 Wochen nur wir eine paar Tage vorkamen. Wir würden wieder hinfahrer und können den Ferienpark empfehlen. VG Thomas aus Deutschland (NRW). We stayed in house no.16 for 2 weeks in July 2021. We were satisfied. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The house was clean and lovingly designed. The houses have gotten a bit old in the meantime and need to be renovated in one place or another. What we had noted, however, was put right the next day. The environment is fantastic. Quiet location - perfect for relaxing. There are many great excursion destinations within a radius of 30 - 50 km, so that the 2 weeks only seemed like a few days to us. M	Markus Goebl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben dort in einem Haus 5 Tage verbracht. Sehr einfacher CheckIn/Checkout. Alle Sonderwünsche (Liegen, Griller,..) wurden erfüllt. Bei der Holzterrasse sollten immer Schuhe getragen werden. Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zusammengefasst: Empfehlenswert! We spent 5 days in a house there. Very easy check-in / check-out. All special requests (beach chairs, grill, ..) were met. Shoes should always be worn on the wooden terrace. Nice and courteous staff. In summary: Recommended!

R	Richard Carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WE STAYED HERE THREE YEARS AGO. iT'S OK. THE ROOMS ARE FINE AND STAFF IS CORDIAL BUT PARKING IS MARGINAL. IT WAS VERY CROWDED AT THAT TIME. NOT VERY ROOM HAD ACCESS TO WIFI. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY AND YOU SHOULD BE VERY SURE YOU WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION. THIS YEAR WE HAD AN ILLNESS IN OUR FAMILY A FEW DAYS BEFORE BUT WERE STILL REQUIRED TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT. THE HOTEL RECOMMENDS TRAVEL INSURANCE AND THEY ARE CORRECT.
