Very nice room. Very pleasant atmosphere. Great breakfast. Room, spa, hotel very clean. Very short way to the lift. All very friendly and courteous. My accommodation for further visits / vacations in Ischgl.

โ โ โ โ โ Es war zum wiederholten Mal ein toller Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die liebenswรผrdige, aufgestellte Art der Hauschefin ist nicht zu toppen. Das reichhaltige Frรผhstรผck lรคsst keine Wรผnsche offen. Wir geniessen es, sehr zentral und ein Katzensprung von der Liftanlage zu wohnen. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nรคchste Jahr. Vielen Dank liebe Martha und Personal.
It was a great stay in this house. The amiable, established nature of the house boss is unbeatable. The rich breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We enjoy it, very central and a stone's throw from the lift to live. We are looking forward to next year. Thank you dear Martha and staff.

Let's start with the good things, the room is terribly beautiful and most of the staff are very nice especially the cleaners.
The owner of the hotel is really not nice, it bothers her if you return to the hotel after 22 in the evening.
Another thing in the sauna is a warning that people inside naked, we had no problem with it but it turns out that if you go down in a swimsuit there they have a problem with you.
We were there 8 young girlfriends who came to enjoy the holiday and instead we encountered a lot of problems. Another thing during the vacation one of us spilled a cup of tea on the bed, and the hotel wanted to charge us 186 โฌ * for a cup of tea on the sheets *.
In addition to that we wanted to check out in the evening instead of at 4 in the morning so we were asked to leave our luggage in the ski equipment room because according to the hotel owner if we got off the elevator we would wake people up To go down, and also the ski equipment room is next to the lift so I did not see any logical reason to ask us to take off all the belongings before)

Let's start from the fact that the location is good the rooms are beautiful and clean thanks to the really cute cleaners! But beyond that, the hotel owner did not like to try to sting us at โฌ 189 for accidentally spilling a cup of tea on bedding and claiming to have destroyed her bed and the stain is not going down. (Which is absurd yes? A cup of tea altogether) As we tried to reach her for understanding and consideration, she started talking with her hands and rudely claiming we were liars. โ โ โ โ โ Een heerlijk hotel met een geweldige gastvrouw, de kamers zijn ruim en met super bedden. Ontbijt is met een omelet erbij niet over te slaan. De wellness laat je na een dag skiรซn lekker bijkomen. Het is gelegen achter de hoofdstraat dus geen rumoer of drukte. De skiverhuur is van dezelfde familie dus je krijgt korting bij het huren. Kortom erg fijn hotel.
A wonderful hotel with a great hostess, the rooms are spacious and with super beds. Breakfast is not to be missed with an omelet. The wellness lets you relax after a day of skiing. It is located behind the main street so no noise or crowds. The ski rental is from the same family so you get a discount when renting. Overall very nice hotel.
