M	Michiel Vercauteren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alpin-Apartments is een leuk en mooi vakantiehuis gelegen langs een parallelbaan van de grote weg en ligt tussen Kappl en Ischgl. In Kappl zelf is er niet veel te doen dus winkelen doe je best in Ischgl wat een 10-15 minuten rijden is. De eigenares van het pand is werkelijk super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam – de broodjesservice die ze bieden is werkelijk zéér uitgebreid, werkelijk super. Wij verbleven in het grootste appartement (3) wat geschikt zou zijn voor 7-9 personen maar met 9 personen gaat het nooit lukken, 6 volwassen personen is het maximum. Wel een minpunt van dit appartement is dat het drie hoog is en er geen lift is, boven geraken is telkens een opdracht en vermoeiend vooral na een lange dag wandelen (of skiën). Het terras is zeer breed maar niet al te diep en de leuning is te hoog om mooi zicht te hebben als je gaat zitten, zon heb je tot net na de middag (Augustus) en er zijn stoelen met kussens voorzien en twee opklaptafels. Je kan helaas niet met 6 rond een tafel zitten wegens te smal, je zit dus op een rijtje. De slaapkamers zijn alle drie ruim en hebben allemaal een badkamer met douche en WC. Let wel dat de derde slaapkamer niet verbonden is met het appartement zelf maar wel op het hetzelfde verdiep ligt – dus je moet via de hal naar het appartement – voordeel is wel dat er niemand anders op die hal slaapt. De keuken is verzorgd en redelijk uitgerust maar heeft als minpunt dat de koelkast veel te klein is voor 6 laat staan 9 personen – een minpunt dat veel vakantiewoningen hebben. De eettafel is ruim en biedt veel ruimte. In de hal beneden is zeer veel documentatie over de streek te vinden en in de skiruimte zijn er verwarmingselementen voor bergschoenen en dus ook skischoenen. Parkeren doe je in een garage die speciaal per appartement gereserveerd is, behendigheid om er in te parkeren is wel vereist. Twee auto’s kunnen makkelijk achter elkaar staan maar stuurmanskunst is een must. Één van de mooiste wandelingen in Kappl begint aan de voordeur maar in de geheld vallei krijg je een Paznaunpas waarmee je één keer per dag de lift kan nemen in See, Kappl, Ischgl en Galtür – ook de bus is inbegrepen en rijdt om de 30 minuten. Samengevat : leuk en mooi appartement met een zeer lieve en hulpvaardige eigenares – misschien komen we nog een keer terug om te skiën. Alpin-Apartments is a nice and beautiful holiday home located along a parallel road to the main road and is located between Kappl and Ischgl. In Kappl itself there is not much to do so shopping is best in Ischgl which is a 10-15 minute drive. The owner of the property is really super friendly and very helpful - the bread service they offer is really extensive, really great. We stayed in the largest apartment (3) which would be suitable for 7-9 people, but it will never work with 9 people, 6 adults is the maximum. A downside of this apartment is that it is three high and there is no elevator, getting up is always a task and tiring especially after a long day of hiking (or skiing). The terrace is very wide but not too deep and the railing is too high to have a nice view when you sit down, you have sun until just after noon (August) and there are chairs with cushions and two folding tables. Unfortunately, you can't sit around a table with 6 because it is too narrow, so you sit in a row. The bedrooms are all spacious and all have a bathroom with shower and toilet. Please note that the third bedroom is not connected to the apartment itself but is on the same floor - so you have to go through the hall to the apartment - the advantage is that no one else sleeps in that hall. The kitchen is well-kept and reasonably equipped, but the downside is that the fridge is far too small for 6 let alone 9 people – a downside that many holiday homes have. The dining table is spacious and offers plenty of space. In the hall downstairs you can find a lot of documentation about the region and in the ski room there are heating elements for mountain boots and therefore also ski boots. You can park in a garage that is specially reserved for each apartment, but skill to park in it is required. Two cars can easily stand behind each other, but driving skill is a must. One of the most beautiful walks in Kappl starts at the front door but in the sloped valley you get a Paznaun pass that allows you to take the lift once a day in See, Kappl, Ischgl and Galtür - also the bus is included and runs every 30 minutes . In summary: nice and beautiful apartment with a very sweet and helpful owner - maybe we will come back again for skiing.
