Obwohl im Mail auf den Rückmeldetermin für die Buchungsbestätigung hingewiesen wurde, hat sich niemand gemeldet. In 16 Stunden sollte es schon möglich sein zu entscheiden ob man eine Zimmerreservierung vornimmt oder nicht. Auch wenn jemand nur für eine Nacht buchen möchte, sollte der Vermieter wenigstens soviel Servicequalität bieten, dass er auf die Buchungsanfrage antwortet, damit der Kunde sich nach einer Alternative umsehen kann. Deshalb nur 2 Sterne obwohl wir nie im Alpenrose-Apart übernachtet haben (und es auch künftig nicht tun werden). We requested by mail and by phone for a room reservation for one night. Although in the mail on the feedback date for the booking confirmation was pointed out, no one has reported. In 16 hours, it should already be possible to decide whether to make a room reservation or not. Even if someone only wants to book for one night, the landlord should at least offer so much quality of service that he responds to the booking request, so that the customer can look for an alternative. Therefore only 2 stars although we have never stayed at the Alpenrose-Apart (and will not do it in the future).

P	Peter Sprot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean comfy with great views of the mountains. Cheapest place in town. The rooms are big for the price and the family who run it are friendly and helpful. Towels are provided but no soap or shampoo which is fair enough for the price. I would stay again.
