Das äusserst aufmerksame Vermieterehepaar hat uns freundlichst empfangen und stets hilfreich durch die Tage begleitet. Die allmorgendliche Lieferung frischer Brötchen zusammen mit Eiern von hauseigenen Hühnern sorgten für den perkfekten Einstieg in den Urlaubstag. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist sehr sauber und geräumig, hat hervorragende Betten, dazu ein exklusives Bad, für je ein DZ und, und, und. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns einfach wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. So geht Urlaub! Das Haus, am Anfang des Ötztales, liegt wunderbar ruhig, mit überwältigenden Ausblicken zu den Ötztaler Bergen. Ein hervorragend gepflegter Garten lädt ein zum Ausruhen im Freien. Höhepunkt des Genusses der beheizte Pool im Garten. Wenn dann das Wetter auch noch mitspielt, wie in unserem Fall, fällt der Abschied schwer - aber man kann ja wiederkommen, was wir uns fest vorgenommen haben. We experienced 6 wonderful days in the Alpenresidenz Ötztal. The extremely attentive landlord couple welcomed us warmly and always accompanied us helpfully through the days. The delivery of fresh bread rolls every morning together with eggs from our own chickens ensured the perfect start to the day. The house leaves nothing to be desired, it is very clean and spacious, has excellent beds, plus an exclusive bathroom, for a double room and, and, and. From the first minute we just felt comfortable in the house. This is how vacation works! The house, at the beginning of the Ötztal, is wonderfully quiet, with overwhelming views of the Ötztal mountains. A well-kept garden invites you to relax in the open air. The highlight of the enjoyment is the heated pool in the garden. When the weather also cooperates, as in our case, it is difficult to say goodbye - but you can come back, which we have firmly set out to do.
M	MB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist unser Urlaub in der Alpenresidenz Ötztal schon zuende :( wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Daran war sowohl die toll ausgestattete Unterkunft, die super Lage und die sehr Netten Vermieter! Wir hatte leider ein kaputtes Auto und auch unser Sohn hatte sich verletzt. Die Familie Kneissl war sofort für uns da, hat uns zum Arzt gefahren usw. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, immer wieder wurden wir mit frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche versorgt! Auch zum Frühstück gab es tolle Brötchen. Zudem waren sie sehr Kinderlieb! Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Unfortunately, our holiday in the Alpenresidenz Ötztal is already over :( we had a great time! It was the well-equipped accommodation, the great location and the very nice landlords! Unfortunately, we had a broken car and our son was injured. The Kneissl family was there for us straight away, drove us to the doctor, etc. Many thanks again. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped, we were always provided with fresh towels and bed linen! Also for breakfast there were great rolls. They were also very fond of children! All in all we had a great time and would love to come back.

Von der überdachten Terrasse mit Gasgrill und tollen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten hat man einen super Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und den großen, gepflegten Garten mit dem großen Pool. Das Vermieteterpaar hat uns bereits bei der Ankunft herzlich willkommen geheißen und den gesamten Urlaub toll verwöhnt (Brötchenservice, Handtücher, Bettwäsche….) und damit den Urlaub noch viel entspannter gemacht. Unsere beiden Kinder und wir sagen Danke!! The apartment was really great! The interior is very comfortable, tasteful and of high quality. From the covered terrace with gas grill and great seating and lounging options you have a great view of the surrounding mountains and the large, well-kept garden with the large pool. The landlord couple gave us a warm welcome on arrival and spoiled us for the entire holiday (bread service, towels, bed linen ...) and made the holiday even more relaxed. Our two children and we say thank you !!

Auch die Gemütlichkeit lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Was ich persönlich meeeeega fand und überhaupt nicht erwartet hätte: es gab frische Semmeln zum Frühstück und frische Eier! Der Pool war zwar schon etwas kalt, aber Ende September kann das schon mal passieren. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht - inkl. Kaffeevollautomat! Für Fragen und Unvorhersehbares standen die Vermieter stets zur Verfügung. Danke für tolle Tage im Ötztal! In any case, first of all my unreserved recommendation for this property! Everything is super clean and well-kept there. The cosiness also leaves nothing to be desired. What I personally found meeeeega and didn't expect at all: there were fresh rolls for breakfast and fresh eggs! The pool was a bit cold, but this can happen at the end of September. The kitchen had everything you need - including a fully automatic coffee machine! The landlords were always available for questions and unforeseen issues. Thank you for great days in the Ötztal!

Neben viel Platz findet man eine geschmackvolle und hochwertige Ausstattung vor - ein Kaffeevollautomat ist sonst nicht Standard. Den Brötchenservice haben wir auch sehr genossen. Die Vermieter haben wir als sehr nett kennengelernt, die sich viel Mühe gaben alles bestmöglich zu gestalten. Wir kommen wieder! We were looking for a spacious apartment and found it. Wir bekamen jeden Morgen Brötchen vor die Tür gestellt und alle zwei Tage wurden die Handtücher gewechselt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können es jedem weiterempfehlen. We found a spacious and tasteful apartment in which we could live comfortably with six people. Every morning we got bread rolls in front of the door and the towels were changed every two days. We felt very comfortable and can recommend it to everyone.
