Küche mit Küchengeräten ist gut und mit dem allernotwendigsten ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ok. Die Busanbindung zu Ortsmitte und Bergbahnen funktioniert zuverlässig. The landlord Thomas Hausmann is very committed. The decor of the apartment is nice. The folding sofas are ok but no real beds. Kitchen with kitchen appliances is good and equipped with the utmost necessary. The location is ok. The bus connection to town center and cable cars works reliably.

Dufam, ze sa sem budem moct vratit Plusy: bezproblemove parkovanie, moderne riesena recepcia, vybavenie apartmanu, blizko obchod s potravinami, dobra komunikacia s ubytovatelom Minusy: pri hlavnej ceste, avsak vhodne na prechadzku (za potokom mimo aut je miestna cesticka), chybajuca moznost kupit skipasy, osobne mi vadilo perie vo vankusoch Even though I could reproach a few things, the overall impression was great. Certainly recommend and you will be satisfied when you book your stay. I hope I can come back here Pros: easy parking, modern reception, furnitures of the apartment, near the grocery store, good communication with the owner Cons: by the main road, but suitable for a walk (there is a local road outside the stream outside the cars), lack of possibility to buy ski passes, I personally minded the feathers in the vankusuch
V	V U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben mit unserer Abteilung hier ein Ski-wochende verbracht und es wird daraus eine feste Tradition werden. Die beiden Apartments die wir angemietet hatten waren super mit bequemen Betten, gut ausgestatteter Küche und natürlich alles blitz blank sauber. Morgens gab es frische Semmeln geliefert :) Diejenigen die es nicht auf die Piste zog, haben es sich im Wellness gut gehen lassen. Der Skibus is wirklich nur ein par Minuten von Haus entfernt, so auch das Schwimmbad (für Gäste kostenlos) und auch ein lecker Pizzeria ist bei Heißhunger gleich ums Eck. Der Kontakt mit Familie Walch war immer super und unkompliziert und Irmgard stets entgegenkommend & hilfreich als es Rückfragen bezüglich Anreise mit Baby oder 2020 als Corona alles auf den Kopf stellte. We spent a ski weekend here with our department and it will become a firm tradition. The two apartments we rented were great with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and of course everything was sparkling clean. Fresh bread rolls were delivered in the morning :) Those who didn't want to go out on the slopes enjoyed the wellness area. The ski bus is really only a few minutes away from the house, as is the swimming pool (free of charge for guests) and a delicious pizzeria is just around the corner if you get cravings. The contact with the Walch family was always great and uncomplicated and Irmgard was always accommodating & helpful when questions about traveling with a baby or in 2020 when Corona turned everything upside down.

La Sig.ra Irmegard gentilissima e anche suo marito...non importa a che ora tu arrivi perché hanno un servizio automatico per avere le chiavi dell appartamento, la loro assistenza comunque non manca mai, ci sono per ogni esigenza, l appartamento delizioso ampio e pulitissimo cucina attrezzata con forno, piano cottura, lavastoviglie e utensileria. La camera da letto calda e accogliente, il bagno grande e con una cabina doccia spaziosissima. Asciugamani, Phon , sapone e crema mani già in loco. La location e bellissima con il bosco alle spalle e le montagne di fronte, se si gradisce fumare lo si può fare nella veranda se si pernotta al piano terra o nei balconi se si soggiorna nei piani superiori. Posizionato benissimo per andare ovunque, anche se è vicino alla strada è silenzioso e tranquillo..si dorme benissimo? si ha il deposito per le bici o per gli scii, servizio lavanderia con asciugatrice a disposizione basta comprare il detersivo per il bucato, per tutto il resto, carta igienica, buste per la spazzatura e saponi per la cucina si trova tutto nella dispensa in comune.Se si desidera a disposizione vi è anche ferro da stiro con la tavola da stiro.A 200 metri si trovano il supermercato SPAR il forno e la farmacia. CONSIGLIATISSIMO siamo andati tramite booking We stayed from 13 to 19 August 2018 what to say ... WONDERFUL. Mrs. Irmegard is very kind and her husband too ... no matter what time you arrive because they have an automatic service to get the keys to the apartment, their assistance is never lacking, there is for every need, the delightful spacious apartment and very clean kitchen equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher and utensils. The warm and welcoming bedroom, the large bathroom with a very spacious shower cabin. Towels, hairdryer, soap and hand cream already on site. The location is beautiful with the woods behind and the mountains in front, if you like to smoke you can do it on the veranda if you stay on the ground floor or on the balconies if you stay on the upper floors. Very well located to go everywhere, even if it is close to the road it is quiet and peaceful .. you sleep well you have a storage room for bikes or skis, laundry service with dryer available just buy laundry detergent, for everything the rest, toilet paper, bags for the rubbish and soaps for the kitchen are all in the shared pantry.If you wish there is also an iron with an ironing board.At 200 meters there is the SPAR supermarket the oven and the pharmacy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED we went through booking

I had an excellent apartment with very good facilities. It was clean and everything worked perfectly. I would book again at any time.
