★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für diese teure Anschaffung ist das Bett massiv dafür gebe 5*, für das Schlafsystem das wohl am wichtigsten ist gibt's 1* das ist nach einem Jahr durchgelegen, da hilft auch nicht der Zirbenduft. Service ist nicht zufriedenstellend 1* nach 1Jahr im laufenden Kontakt ( telefonisch,Emails) wurde mir drehen und wenden des Lattenrost/ Matratze angeboten das ebenso nicht lange anhält. Es könnte Qualitäts ,Materialproblem o.falsche Gewichtanpassung sein 1*. Dafür erwarte ich schon von der Fa.Ruwies eine Problemlösung das bisher noch nicht geschehen ist. Gesamt 2*
For this expensive purchase, the bed is solid for 5 *, for the sleep system that is most important, there's 1 * that is saggy after a year, as well as the pine scent does not help. Service is not satisfactory 1 * after 1 year in the current contact (telephone, emails) I was turning and turning the slatted mattress offered and also not long-lasting. Kurz nach Vertragsabschluss ein Telefonat das der gewünschte Stoff nicht geliefert werden kann, schnell wurde mir ein neuer auf gedrängt um die Lieferung zu beschleunigen und jedoch verzögert sich die Lieferung trotz dessen.
