c	chris stock-müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen für eine Woche in dem wunderbaren Alpenhotel Heimspitze.Ich kann nur sagen, Superklasse ! Wir sind wirklich schon viel herumgekommen, aber so ein tolles Hotel haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Hier stimmt einfach alles.Wenn hier einer was zu meckern hat dann ist ihm eben nicht zu helfen. Das Personal ist Supernett und zuvorkommend immer aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein, die Juniorchefin Amelie ist ein wahres Goldstück, nicht nur das Sie einem jeden Wunsch schon von den Augen abliest, Sie ist mit Leib und Seele Gastronomin, das spürt man einfach das Sie mit Liebe bei der Sache ist.Wirklich toll ! Und dann das Essen... Sterneküche, wirklich phantastisch, mein Gott haben wir geschlemmt...auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben auf jeden Fall unser neues Lieblingshotel entdeckt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder, es ist schön das es solche Häuser noch gibt. Bitte macht weiter so!!!! We were a few days ago for a week in the wonderful Alpenhotel Heimspitze.I can only say, superclass! We've been around a lot, but we have not experienced such a great hotel. Everything is just right here. If someone has something to complain about then it is just not to help. The staff is super nice and accommodating always attentive without being intrusive, the junior boss Amelie is a real piece of gold, not only that you read every wish already from the eyes, she is a heart and soul restaurateur, you can feel it with love in the matter is. Really great! And then the food ... Star kitchen, really fantastic, my God we feasted ... also the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We have definitely discovered our new favorite hotel and will definitely come back, it is nice that such houses still exist. Please keep it up !!!!

Gemütliche Zimmer, freundliches Personal und eine hervorragende Küche. Was will man mehr. We have been spending our winter vacation since over 30 years in the Hotel Heimspitze in Gargellen and still make us feel at home. Cozy rooms, friendly staff and excellent cuisine. What more do you want.
T	Tom Kieper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir können den tollen Service und die gute Küche wärmstens empfehlen. Die Bewertung 6 von 5 Sterne gibt es hier leider nicht, würde ich aber vergeben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam , lässt sich auch zu den Stoßzeiten keinen Stress anmerken, sondern ist immer gut gelaunt und hat ein offenes Ohr. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, ca 300 Meter bis zum Lift. Werden nächstes Jahr wieder hier unseren Urlaub machen. **** Sterne ;-) We can highly recommend the great service and the good cuisine. The rating 6 out of 5 stars does not exist here, but I would give it. The staff is very friendly and attentive, shows no stress even at peak times, but is always in a good mood and has an open ear. The location is also very good, about 300 meters to the lift. Will go on vacation here again next year. **** Stars ;-)

Wat ons erg stoorde is dat het tijdens het eten er om ging om zo veel mogelijk drank te verkopen. We zijn er 8 dagen geweest en de meisjes in de bediening hoopten iedere keer weer op een vrije dag. De laatste keer dat wij ze gesproken hebben zou er 5 dagen later misschien een komen. Dan hadden ze minimaal 2 weken stop gewerkt. Wij hadden echt met ze te doen. Als je laat kwam om te ontbijten moest je het doen met wat er over was. Beperkte keuze dus. The room was nice and clean. The staff friendly. We found the owner blunt. What really bothered us was that during the meal it was about selling as much liquor as possible. We have been there 8 days and the girls in the ministry were hoping for a day off every time. The last time we spoke to them, maybe five days later one would come. Then they would have worked for at least 2 weeks. We really had to do with them. If you came late for breakfast, you had to make do with what was left over. Limited choice.

Freu mich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt! Always worth a trip! A favorite place to wind down despite being at the top! Great food accompanied by great wines served by the top team! Looking forward to my next stay!
