Ich habe 4x mal eine E-mail geschrieben und keine Antwort bekommen, nach einem Anruf wurde mir versprochen, dass mir ein Kollege auf diese E-Mail antwortet.
Nach 2 Tagen hab ich immer noch keine Antwort erhalten, habe auf die Mailbox gesprochen, wurde wieder nicht zurück gerufen (keine Antwort per Email)
Nach dem Wochenende hab ich nochmals angerufen, da hat mir ein Mitarbeiter oder Chef mitgeteilt, dass ich die Fotos von den Steinen in ca. 1h per waths app erhalten, was wieder nicht geschah!
Bin sehr enttäuscht von der Firma, schade muss ich ich mir wohl jemand anderes suchen!
Very bad customer service!
I wrote an e-mail four times and got no answer. After a call, I was promised that a colleague would reply to this e-mail.
After 2 days I still got no answer, spoke on the mailbox, was not called back again (no answer by email)
After the weekend I called again and an employee or boss told me that I would receive the photos of the stones in about 1 hour via waths app, which again didn't happen!
I'm very disappointed with the company, it's a shame I'll have to look for someone else!
