Ca. 30 Minuten durch einen Waldweg, danach 50 bis 60 Minuten auf teilweise asphaltierter Forststraße. Schöne, bewirtete Alpe. Freundliche Älpler. Beautiful walk. Easily accessible in about 1 1/2 hours. Even with children. Approx. 30 minutes through a forest path, then 50 to 60 minutes on partly asphalt forest road. Beautiful, entertaining alp. Friendly alpine farmers.
V	Volker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Alpe Nenzigast und ihre Bertreiber sind einfach wundervoll. Leckere Speisen und Getränke laden zum Verweilen ein. Alle sind sehr freundliche und die Lage ist perfekt und vor allem noch nicht so überlaufen. Der Käse zum Kauf lohnt sich geschmacklich sehr. Die Erreichbarkeit per Fahrrad, zu Fuss oder auch für nicht zu Fuss mobile Menschen ist gewährleistet. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder. The Alpe Nenzigast and its operators are simply wonderful. Delicious food and drinks invite you to linger. Everyone is very friendly and the location is perfect and above all not that crowded. The cheese to buy is very tasty in terms of taste. Accessibility by bike, on foot or even for people who are not mobile on foot is guaranteed. We'll be back anytime.

Beim Käse machen kan man sogar zuschauen... toller Butter, Käse, Super Milch und der Speck ein Gedicht! Nice hike of 1.5 hours to the Alpe, very nice hosts on the Alpe, great food! You can even watch the cheese making ... great butter, cheese, super milk and the bacon is a poem!
J	Jonas Josef H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In die Nenzigast Alpe sind wir Ende Juni nach einer guten 1 1/4 Stunden langen Wanderung von Klösterle aus eingekehrt. Da uns auf dem gesamten Weg nur drei Leute entgegengekommen sind hatten wir folglich auch die kleine Stube in der Hütte, bestehend aus nur zwei Tischen ganz für uns alleine. Wir machten auf uns aufmerksam und kurze Zeit später kam ein junges Mädel die Holztreppe herunter, sie brachte uns Milch und ein Käsebrett mit Bergkäse & Frischkäse der direkt im Raum nebenan in der hauseigenen Sennerei gefertigt wurde. Dem äußert schmackhaften Käs ließen wir noch ein kleines Speckbrett folgen, welches ebenfalls sehr lecker war. Nachdem wir uns am Ofen noch ein wenig gewärmt hatten, der extra für uns befeuert wurde, haben wir noch ein Stück Schinken und Bergkäse (12,00 EUR pro kg) einpacken lassen und verließen gestärkt diese nette Alm/Jausenstation. (Stand 06/2013) We stopped in the Nenzigast Alpe at the end of June after a good 1 1/4 hour hike from Klösterle. Since only three people met us on the entire way, we had the small room in the hut, consisting of only two tables, all to ourselves. We drew attention to ourselves and a short time later a young girl came down the wooden stairs, she brought us milk and a cheese board with mountain cheese and cream cheese that was made in the next room in the in-house dairy. The extremely tasty cheese was followed by a small bacon board, which was also very tasty. After we had warmed up a little in the oven, which was fired especially for us, we had a piece of ham and mountain cheese (12.00 EUR per kg) packed and left this nice alpine snack bar strengthened.
