★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family stayed at Haus Bergwald 10 days during this month and we spent a really good time there.
We were very impressed by the kindness of the owner Katharina Moser, by the high-quality breakfast and by the typical accommodation, nice and clean. The B&B is surrounded by an amazing sightseeing.
The restaurant connected to the B&B is not expensive and excellent. ( We chose half board).
We hope to come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three of us stayed at Bergwald for six nights, and we absolutely cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful of an experience it was. I could go on about the cute apartments, comfortable beds, relaxing sauna, absolutely beautiful location (I mean..seriously incredible), or all the other great perks like the carefully thought-out and prepared breakfast spread, but the absolute most needs to be said about the host, Katharina. Never have we felt more at home away from home - she provided great conversation, culture sharing, help when we needed help, and just always went the extra mile to make sure her guesthouse is the best in town. Thank you Katharina for everything, and we will be back soon! Hopefully with fewer skiing injuries this time :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for five nights and had a great time although the summer 2017 seemed to have been cancelled. The weather was only good enough for hiking for two days. But surrounding attractions and the hostess/ owner of Bergwald is always there during breakfast time making wonderful suggestions. Every day an infrared room and massage chair are available and the sauna upon request or -on the rainy days- all afternoon. Nice and relaxing...
This charming chalet welcomes its guests in a traditional Alpbach wooden house, and lovely cozy rooms. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms make you feel like vacation in Tyrol.
Breakfast is included, plentiful and the coffee great. The selection is awesome and if you discover that you wish for something else Katharina even offers to have it for you the next morning. Her welcoming and warm attitude is what makes this Bed and Breakfast special; and the heart she puts into it is felt throughout.
The chalet is situated slightly outside the town of Alpbach, but a road and two short hiking path lead you right into the center of the charming town.
Outdoor parking offers enough space for the hotel guests.

Amazing view, comfortable, nice appartment and balcony seating, daily cleaning (!!!), sauna, boot heating, laundry service... Simply, no loose ends. Many thanks to Frau Moser for her professional care and kindness.
