Meine 4 emails werden konsequent ignoriert Keine Antwort, Info oder Stellungnahme. Anscheinend ist keiner mehr auf irgendwelche Geschäfte angwiesen! Sehr traurig! I've been trying to get a sample for 2 months. VAIN On the phone I was assured nothing came. My 4 emails are consistently ignored No answer, info or opinion. Apparently no one is dependent on any business anymore! Very sad!

Top-Qualität Top-Beratung und eine auf den Tag genaue Termintreue vom Herrn Alois Perwein Senior! Sollte man danach einen Schaden haben und man bekommt es mit Herrn Alois Perwein Junior zu tun, dann gibt es keine Pünktlichkeit. Für jeden Schadensfall benötigt man fast 1 Jahr zur Behebung. Es werden immer wieder Termine in 2-3 Monaten in Aussicht gestellt und dann nicht gehalten. Wenn man dann wieder anruft heißt es, man mache alles um einen Termin zu realisieren, jedoch war dies aus verschiedensten Gründen nicht möglich. Also alles in Allem ist die Firma bei einem Neubau sehr empfehlenswert jedoch ist der Service unter aller Würde! If you have damage afterwards and you have to deal with Mr. Alois Perwein Junior, then there is no punctuality. For each case of damage, it takes almost 1 year to repair. Appointments are always promised in 2-3 months and then not kept. If you then call again, it says that you are doing everything you can to make an appointment, but this was not possible for a variety of reasons. So all in all, the company is highly recommended for a new building, but the service is beneath all dignity!
