M	Martha D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super tolle Schneeschuhwanderung mit Christoph, die meine Erwartungen völlig übertroffen hat. Die Route, die Christoph gewählt hat, hätte landschaftlich nicht besser sein können. So stellt man sich das perfekte Winterwonderland vor. Schade dass sie so schnell vorbei war. Christoph war ein toller freundlicher und sehr informativer Tourguide. Nur die Damen an der Rezeption haben nicht viel Ahnung, es wurde uns gesagt dass es keine Skistöcke gibt. Wir können uns welche im Sportshop leihen, 5€ p.P. 10€ umsonst ausgegeben, da Christoph alles dabei hatte sogar Gamaschen. Beim 3.mal fragen ob wir denn auch wirklich auf dem Spar Supermarkt Parkplatz stehen bleiben können sagte man es wäre doch besser hinter dem Haus auf den eigenen Parkplatz zu parken,wohl gemerkt die 2 Damen zuvor sagte erst gar nicht dass es einen hauseigenen Parkplatz gibt Super great snowshoe hike with Christoph, which completely exceeded my expectations. The route that Christoph chose couldn't have been more scenic. This is how you imagine the perfect winter wonderland. It's a shame that it was over so quickly. Christoph was a great friendly and very informative tour guide. Only the ladies at the reception have little idea, we were told that there are no ski poles. We can borrow some from the sports shop, € 5 p.p. Spent 10 € for free because Christoph had everything with him, even gaiters. The third time we asked if we could really stay on the Spar supermarket parking lot, they said it would be better to park behind the house in their own parking lot, mind you, the 2 ladies before didn't even say that there was an in-house parking lot

Anfangs war alles gut, es gab zwar probleme mit der Kreditkarte aber das Problem wurde schnell durch ACF gelöst. Die Touren, gerade im Bereich Canyoning, sind schlecht organisiert. Warum werden Touren angeboten die selten oder nie zustande kommen, aufgrund von Teilnehmerzahl oder aber Erfahrung? Vermutlich will man hier nur auffallen. Ich habe mich für eine Toure interessiert die laut Beschreibung schwer sein sollte, genau das was ich nach den ganzen Anfänger-touren mal erleben wollte. Während der Buchung klang alles noch ganz toll, keine Anmerkung das die Tour aufgrund der Teilnehmerzahl ggf. ausfallen kann. Am späten Nachmittag vor der Toure kam dann ein Anruf mit der Info das diese ausfällt, zu geringe Teilnehmerzahl. Hätte man das ganze vernünftig kommuniziert wäre ich nicht so enttäuscht gewesen. Evtl. sollte das Angebot nochmal überdacht werden oder aber der Hinweis auf die hohen Anforderungen deutlich gemacht werden. Ich frage mich, für welchen Personenkreis werden denn dann die schwarzen und roten Touren durchgeführt? Glücklicherweise gibt es noch andere Anbieter die einmal deutlich flexibler sind und ehrlicher im Umgang mit ihren Kunden. Unfortunately I have had bad experiences here. At first everything was fine, there were problems with the credit card but the problem was quickly solved by ACF. The tours, especially in the area of canyoning, are badly organized. Why are tours offered that rarely or never take place, due to the number of participants or experience? Presumably you just want to attract attention here. I was interested in a tour that, according to the description, should be difficult, exactly what I wanted to experience after all the beginner tours. During the booking everything sounded great, no comment that the tour may be canceled due to the number of participants. In the late afternoon before the tour I got a call with the information that this was canceled, too few participants. If the whole thing had been communicated properly, I would not have been so disappointed. Possibly. the offer should be reconsidered or the reference to the high requirements made clear. I wonder, for which group of people are the black and red tours carried out? Fortunately, there are other providers who are much more flexible and honest in dealing with their customers.

Einen Tag vorher gegen 16 Uhr wurden wir angerufen, dass unsere Tour morgen leider nicht stattfinden kann. Auf unsere Nachfrage "warum denn nicht?" wollte man uns zunächst keine Antwort geben. Die Dame am Telefon entschuldigte sich und legte einfach auf. Unsere Enttäuschung war groß. Tour ohne Grund und Alternativen 18h vorher abgesagt. "das Geld kriegen sie dann irgendwie zurück" bekamen wir noch als Info. 20 min später riefen wir nochmal zurück, da wir wissen wollten, ob man uns Alternativen anbieten könne. Nach 10 min sagte die Dame uns dann endlich auch den Grund: zu wenige Teilnehmer, wir seien die einzigen die diese Tour gebucht haben. Alternativen könne sie uns leider nicht anbieten, da bei den anderen Touren bisher auch zu wenig Teilnehmer seien und wahrscheinlich keine Tour stattfinden wird. Später rief uns unser Tourvermittler an, der uns mitteilte, dass er die Info von Almlust Aktiv bekam, dass unsere Tour aufgrund "des schlechten Wetters" ausfällt. Und das ist einfach nur dreist. Hier in Flachau und Umgebung ist seit 2 Wochen super Wetter mit Sonne und um die 25 Grad. So auch die nächsten Tage laut Wettervorhersage. Zuerst kurzfristig die Tour absagen, keine Alternativen anbieten, den Grund nicht nennen wollen und sogar falsche Gründe nennen und lügen. Das geht gar nicht. Wir starten nun eine Canyoingtour bei einem anderem Anbieter. Not recommendable! My partner and I booked a canyoning tour for today. One day before 16 clock we were called, that our tour tomorrow unfortunately can not take place. At our request "why not?" At first we did not want to give an answer. The lady on the phone apologized and just hung up. Our disappointment was great. Tour without reason and alternatives 18h previously canceled. "The money they get back then somehow" we got as an info. 20 minutes later, we called back again, because we wanted to know if we could offer alternatives. After 10 minutes, the lady finally told us the reason: too few participants, we were the only ones who booked this tour. Unfortunately, she could not offer us alternatives, as there are too few participants on the other tours and probably no tour will take place. Later, our tour agent called us, who told us that he got the info from Almlust Active, that our tour was canceled due to "the bad weather". And that is just bold. Here in Flachau and surroundings is for 2 weeks great weather with sun and about 25 degrees. So also the next days according to weather forecast. First cancel the tour at short notice, offer no alternatives, do not want to give the reason and even name and lie wrong reasons. That is not how it works. We start a canyoning tour with another provider.
U	Ulf Seidl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mit meinen Skilehrern bei einem Treffen im Sommer eine tolle Rafting Tour gemacht. Unser Guide war Simon, der uns mit seiner freundlichen Art und kompetenten Führung eine sehr schönes und lustiges Erlebnis auf der Enns beschert hat. Anschließend die warmen Duschen in der ACF Basis waren ebenfalls topp. Ich kann das nur weiterempfehlen. I did a great rafting tour with my ski instructors at a meeting in the summer. Our guide was Simon, who gave us a very nice and funny experience on the Enns with his friendly manner and competent guidance. Then the warm showers in the ACF base were also great. I can only recommend it.
D	Dirk Duchatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rafting Family Fun war super! Kinder 10 und 7 Jahre alt waren begeistert. Etwas mehr Wildwasser wäre auch OK gewesen, aber so wird sicher kein Kind abgeschreckt - eine echte Einsteiger-Tour. Die Betreuer Andrea und Aaron haben einen guten Job gemacht, alles gut erklärt und Spaß gehabt. Gerne in ein paar Jahren wieder ein anderes Angebot ?? Rafting Family Fun was great! Children 10 and 7 years old loved it. A little more whitewater would have been OK, but that way no child will be deterred - a real beginner's tour. The supervisors Andrea and Aaron did a good job, explained everything well and had fun. Gladly another offer in a few years ??
S	Sandra S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empfehlenswert. Wir haben die Caving-Tour gemacht und hatten viel Spaß! Blaue Flecken und Muskelkater inbegriffen :) Kurz gesagt: ein tolles Abenteuer! Recommendable. We did the caving tour and had a lot of fun! Bruises and sore muscles included :) In short: a great adventure!
S	Stefan TripleX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr coole Einsteigertour (Jump Start)! Der höchste Sprung sind 8m, aber alle (ok, bis auf den ersten Sprung {2m}) lassen sich umgehen. Die Tour hat einen relativ hohen Schwimmanteil. Die Guides waren alle gut drauf und hatten die Gruppe im griff. Die Schlucht selber war echt toll. Ein wenig negativ empfand ich die Gruppengröße 12-15 wäre schöne als 20 und die relativ weiter An - und Abfahrt(40 Min eine Tour). Insgesamt hat das Spass gemacht. ;-) Very cool beginner's tour (Jump Start)! The highest jump is 8m, but all (ok, except for the first jump {2m}) can be avoided. The tour has a relatively high proportion of swimming. The guides were all in a good mood and had the group under control. The gorge itself was really great. A little negative I felt the group size 12-15 would be nice than 20 and the relatively further on and off (40 min a tour). Overall, that was fun. ;-)
