Uwe hat den Betrieb von seinem Vater übernommen. Dieser hatte damals mehr oder weniger zum Spaß ein paar Rehe und Hirsche. Uwe legte den Schwerpunkt auf Wild und Wildvermarktung und hat heute eine eigene Produktion/Verarbeitung für Wildfleisch. Und es gibt natürlich nicht nur Salami sondern auch Steak, normales Fleisch und vieles andere mehr.
Uwe Zoehrer has the best wild salami you can imagine. Every Thursday you can taste and buy them at the Benediktinermarkt in Klagenfurt. Uwe took over the business from his father. This had more or less for fun a few deer and deer. Uwe focused on game and game marketing and today has its own production / processing for game meat. And of course there is not only salami but also steak, plain meat and much more.
