Etwa 20 km von Wolfsberg und Deutschlandsberg entfernt auf einer Hochebene. Very nice alpine hut village. Not too many houses, but clearly laid out. Clean and very pleasant accommodations. About 20 km from Wolfsberg and Deutschlandsberg on a plateau.

Die "Huette" (eindeutig untertrieben, da wirklich voll modern ausgestattet und in bestem Zustand) hat alles, was man/*/frau fuer ein "autarkes Leben in einem Skigebiet" braucht: E-Herd, Geschirrspueler, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Pelletsofen, Fussbodenheizung(!), 2 WCs, eigene Sauna, grosses Carport (unser Peugeot Traveller inkl. Dachbox konnte problemlos vollstaendig darin parken) Die telefonische Auskunftsbereitschaft und auch Unterstuetzung durch die Betreiber vor Ort (konkret Fr. Pichler und Fr. Mag. Urbanz) ist wirklich beispiellos gut! Einziges "Manko", wenn man unbedingt nach "Fehlern" sucht, ist wohl, dass man den Strom extra bezahlen muss und nach kWh abgerechnet wird (jedoch zu einem vernuenftigen kWh-Preis), aber das ist wohl eher ein Akt der Fairness, weil nicht jeder (so wie wir) taeglich die (elektrisch betriebene) Sauna nutzt.... Great accommodation and impeccable service! The "hut" (clearly an understatement, as it is really fully equipped with modern equipment and in the best condition) has everything you need for "self-sufficient life in a ski area": electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, pellet stove, Underfloor heating(!), 2 toilets, own sauna, large carport (our Peugeot Traveler incl. roof box could be parked in it without any problems) The willingness to provide information over the phone and the support provided by the operators on site (specifically Ms. Pichler and Ms. Mag. Urbanz) is really exceptionally good! The only "snag" if you're dying to look for "bugs" is that you have to pay extra for the electricity and it's billed by kWh (but at a reasonable kWh price), but that's probably more of an act of fairness because not everyone (like us) uses the (electrically operated) sauna every day....
