Der großzügig ausgestattete Wohnküchenbereich und die liebevoll eingerichteten Schlafräume boten trotz 4 Kinder im Haus genügend Platz für eine verregneten Tag. Wer ein ruhiges, sauberes Urlaubsdomizil mitten in den Bergen mit traumhaften Ausblick sucht ist bei Fam. Hütter genau richtig. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder! In der Umgebung der Wohnung befindet sich zahlreiche weitere Ferienhäuser, eine Sommerrodelbahn und zwei Gaststätten. Ansonsten befindet man sich auf einem Bergkamm und hat so in alle Richtungen eine tolle Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und Täler. Ein weiterer Vorteil der Lage ist, dass in direkter Umgebung der Wohnung zahlreiche Wanderrouten beginnen. Der nächste Supermarkt (es stehen in Bad St. Leonhard mehrere zur Verfügung) befindet sich im Tal und ist in 15min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung an sich ist frisch renoviert, sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub brauchen könnte (ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Musikanlage, Fernseher, moderne Heizungen, Regenduschen, großer Grill...). Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Nachfragen, auch bei Ankunfts- und Abfahrtszeit war sie sehr flexibel. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen das wir sehr schöne Tage im Almhaus-Klippitz verbracht haben und ich die Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen würde der seinen Urlaub in den Bergen verbringen möchte. The Almhaus-Klippitz is a great holiday apartment in the middle of the mountains. In the vicinity of the apartment there are numerous other holiday homes, a summer toboggan run and two restaurants. Otherwise you are on a mountain ridge and have a great view of the surrounding mountains and valleys in all directions. Another advantage of the location is that numerous hiking routes start in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The next supermarket (there are several available in Bad St. Leonhard) is in the valley and is 15 minutes away. to be reached by car. The apartment itself is newly renovated, very spacious and equipped with everything you could need on vacation (enough dishes, pots, coffee maker, microwave, music system, TV, modern heating, rain showers, large grill ...). The landlady is very friendly and responds quickly to inquiries, and was also very flexible with arrival and departure times. In summary, I can say that we spent very nice days at Almhaus-Klippitz and I would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to spend their vacation in the mountains.

Z	Zoltán Kepe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 éjszakát töltöttünk itt 2022. március elején egy síelős telelés során. Már a weboldal sokat ígért, és nem is kellett csalódnunk. Az apartman tágas, 8 személy kényelmesen elfér benne (4 db. kétágyas szoba van, 2 WC, 2 fürdő) és minden van, amire csak vágyhat az ember. Nagyon jól felszerelt konyha és étkező, modern bútorok, wifi, okostévé, okosfűtés (közte 2 pellet-fűtötte kályha). A ház előtt kis kert paddal, sütögetési lehetőséggel (ezeket mi, tél lévén, nem használtuk.) A házigazdával sajnos személyesen nem találkoztunk, de bármit kértünk vagy kérdeztünk, távolról azonnal intézkedett. A sípálya 10 perc gyalog; érdemes igénybe venni az ottani depot-t, vagyis kis szekrényt, ahol a cuccokat ott lehet hagyni, így nem kell minden nap cipekedni. Tavasztól őszig pedig ott a sok egyéb lehetőség: túra, bobpálya stb. Úgy gondolom, jövünk még! We spent 4 nights here in early March 2022 during a skiing winter. The website has already promised a lot and we didn’t have to be disappointed. The apartment is spacious, it can comfortably accommodate 8 people (there are 4 double rooms, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms) and it has everything you could want. Very well equipped kitchen and dining area, modern furniture, wifi, smart TV, smart heating (including 2 pellet stoves). In front of the house there was a small garden with a bench and barbecue facilities (these, we did not use them as winter.) Unfortunately we did not meet the host in person, but whatever we asked for or asked, he took immediate action from a distance. The ski slope is 10 minutes on foot; it is worth using the depot there, i.e. a small closet where the stuff can be left there so you don’t have to shoe every day. From spring to autumn there are many other possibilities: hiking, toboggan run, etc. I think we're coming!

Die zweigeschoßige Wohnung hat zu allen Seiten einen herrlichen Ausblick, die Räume sind sauber und mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Der gekonnte Mix aus traditionellen und modernen Möbel strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es gibt ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC je Etage, einen Wohnbereich mit gemütlicher Couch und Leseecke im Obergeschoss und einen großen Raum mit vollausgestatteter Küche (Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen, Toaster,..) im unteren Geschoss mit Ausgang zur Terasse, wo Sitzgelegenheiten, Griller und Feuerschale bereit stehen. Die Schischuhe kann man gut im Abstellraum verstauen und es gibt genügend Platz für Jacken und Schigewand zum Aufhängen. Hier ist wirklich an alle Eventualitäten gedacht: vom Beserl zum Schuhe abkehren vorm Haus, Waschmaschiene, Küchenrolle in der Küche, bis hin zum Nachtlicht für das Kinderzimmer. Die Piste und eine Hütte sind in Gehweite ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Bei Fragen und für gute Tipps stehen der freundliche Vermieter oder der sympathische Vorort-Anspechpartner zur Verfügung. Für uns hat alles perfekt gepasst und wir, 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, haben schöne Tage verbracht und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im Almhaus Klippitz. Perfect ski holiday with family and friends! As soon as you enter the accommodation, you cannot help but be amazed. The two-storey apartment has a wonderful view on all sides, the rooms are clean and furnished with loving details. The skilful mix of traditional and modern furniture exudes cosiness and you immediately feel comfortable. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet on each floor, a living area with a comfortable couch and reading area on the upper floor and a large room with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, pots, pans, toaster,...) on the lower floor with exit to the terrace, where seating, Griller and fire bowl ready. The ski boots can be stowed away in the storage room and there is enough space for jackets and ski walls to hang up. All eventualities have really been thought of here: from the beserl to sweep away shoes in front of the house, washing machine, kitchen roll in the kitchen, to the night light for the children's room. The slope and a hut are within walking distance a few minutes from the house. If you have any questions or need good tips, the friendly landlord or friendly on-site contact person is available. Everything was perfect for us and we, 4 adults and 4 children, spent wonderful days and are already looking forward to our next vacation at Almhaus Klippitz.

Hütter wunderschön renoviert und bietet jeglichen Komfort den man sich wünschen kann. Die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Räume laden zum erholen und entspannen ein und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Der schöne Garten mit dem traumhaften Weitblick in die Berge lässt einen sofort durchatmen und genießen. Zu Fuß erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten wunderschöne Wanderwege mit einem atemberaubenden Bergpanorama. Für unsere Kinder und auch für uns waren die freilaufenden Ziegen, die uns ein Stück weg am Weg begleitet haben, das absolute Highlight. Hier ist die Welt noch in Ordnung und Mensch und Natur sind im Einklang. Auch für das kulinarische Wohl ist mit einigen sehr einladenden Hütten in der direkten Umgebung gesorgt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und können das Almhaus Klippitz jedem empfehlen der nach Entschleunigung und einer Auszeit in traumhafter Bergkulisse sucht. Ausgezeichnetes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und höchste Punkteanzahl für die Sauberkeit. We were allowed to spend a few days in Almhaus Klippitz in October 2021 and were thrilled. The house was beautifully renovated by the Hütter family and offers every comfort you could wish for. The tastefully furnished rooms invite you to relax and unwind and you feel at home. The beautiful garden with the fantastic view of the mountains lets you breathe deeply and enjoy. Beautiful hiking trails with a breathtaking mountain panorama can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. For our children and for us too, the free-roaming goats that accompanied us along the way were the absolute highlight. Here the world is still in order and people and nature are in harmony. Culinary well-being is also taken care of with some very inviting huts in the immediate vicinity. We enjoyed our stay very much, felt extremely comfortable and can recommend the Almhaus Klippitz to anyone who is looking for deceleration and a break in a fantastic mountain setting. Excellent value for money and the highest number of points for cleanliness.

Außerdem ist es top eingerichtet und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man braucht-von der Musikanlage über Stabmixer, Waschmaschine, Feuerschale und Kaffeemaschine. Es geht einem absolut nichts ab. Durch die beiden Stockwerke und die sehr großzügige Raumverteilung ist genügend Platz um sich auch in einer großen Runde mal zurückziehen zu können. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert und bei jeglichen Fragen jederzeit behilflich. Wir kommen gerne wieder! We had a good time at Almhaus Klippitz. The house is very spacious with its 2 floors. In addition, it is well furnished and equipped with really everything you need - from the music system to the hand blender, washing machine, fire bowl and coffee machine. Absolutely nothing is missing. Due to the two floors and the very generous room distribution, there is enough space to be able to withdraw even in a large group. The landlord is very helpful and committed and will help with any questions at any time. We'd love to come back!
