Wir waren zu Zweit von 09.10.20 bis 12.10.20 in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im unteren Teil des Hauses: ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schrank, ein Bad mit einem Waschbecken, Toilette und Badewanne, eine eigene kleine Sauna, das Wohnzimmer und eine kleine Küche sind dort. Der gemütliche, kaum von außen einsehbare Garten steht einem zur Verfügung - sehr schön! Im oberen Teil des Hauses befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett und Babybett sowie eine Toilette. Weitere Räume oben sind abgeschlossen und den Eigentümern vorbehalten (waren aber nicht da, als wird dort waren, wir waren ganz alleine). Das Auto kann man aufs Grundstück stellen (wir durften sogar die Garage benutzen, vielen Dank dafür!). Die Wohnung war für uns Beide perfekt. Wir nutzten die Sauna und genossen die Ruhe in Haus und Garten. Das Haus befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Flattnitz, am Ende einer Straße. Wirklich schön ruhig. Die Küche ist klein, aber für unsere Bedürfnisse hat sie gereicht. Betten waren bequem. Vielleicht wäre eine kleine Anleitung für Heizung / Bedienung Fernseher / Mülltrennung gut, aber der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war immer gegeben und sehr freundlich. Sie halfen zu jeder Zeit weiter! Wir waren zum Wandern dort und kommen im Sommer sicher nochmal!!! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in eurem Zirbenheim!

There were two of us in the apartment from 09.10.20 to 12.10.20. The apartment is in the lower part of the house: there is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom with a sink, toilet and bathtub, a small sauna, the living room and a small kitchen. The cozy garden, which can hardly be seen from the outside, is at your disposal - very nice! In the upper part of the house there is another bedroom with a bunk bed and baby bed as well as a toilet. Other rooms above are locked and reserved for the owners (but were not there when we were there, we were all alone). You can park your car on the property (we were even allowed to use the garage, thank you for that!). The apartment was perfect for both of us. We used the sauna and enjoyed the peace and quiet in the house and garden. The house is located just outside of Flattnitz, at the end of a street. Really nice and quiet. The kitchen is small, but it was enough for our needs. Beds were comfy. Maybe a little guide for heating / operating the TV / waste separation would be good, but contact with the landlords was always given and very friendly. They helped at all times! We were there for hiking and will definitely come again in the summer! Thank you for the great time in your Zirbenheim!
