★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Hongar liegt zwischen Attersee und dem Traunsee und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Eine Einkehr im Almgasthof Schwarz ist immer mega nett und gesellig. Speis und Trank und natürlich auch das Personal bekommt von uns 5 Sterne! Gerne immer wieder!
The Hongar is located between Attersee and Traunsee and offers a beautiful view. A stop at the Almgasthof Schwarz is always super nice and sociable. Food and drink and of course the staff get 5 stars from us! Gladly again and again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein uriges Almgasthaus mit sehr gutem bodenständigem Essen. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und es gibt hausgemachte Mehlspeisen. Die Aussicht und Lage ist perfekt. Nach einer Wanderung oder Radtour kann man dort oben in aller Ruhe wundervoll wieder Kraft tanken. Die Wirtsleute sind total nett.

A rustic alpine inn with very good, down-to-earth food. Everything is freshly prepared and there are homemade pastries. The view and location is perfect. After a hike or bike ride, you can recharge your batteries in peace and quiet up there. The hosts are really nice.
We are thrilled and would love to come back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter Besitzer und Personal - und das mega Panorama, wenn man weiter vom Gasthof zur Aussichtsplattform marschiert. Wissen sollte man, dass man nicht bis zum Gasthaus fahren kann (Schranken ca 20 Minuten Gehzeit unterhalb)
Very nice owner and staff - and the mega panorama if you continue walking from the inn to the viewing platform. You should know that you cannot drive to the inn (barriers about 20 minutes walking time below)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute wieder mal auf unserem Hausberg am Hongar bei traumhaften Wintersonnenwetter und Mittagessen. Bratknödel mit Sauerkraut und Krensauce. Ausblick auf die verschneiten Berge ? ein Traum.
Were today again on our local mountain at Hongar with fantastic winter sun weather and lunch. Fried dumplings with sauerkraut and horseradish sauce. View of the snowy mountains ? a dream.

Not only was the food excellent, but the landlady was very accommodating and extremely friendly. Would recommend the inn to anyone and keep coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann man nur empfehlen! Am besten bei einer Wanderung oder einer Mountainbike-Tour besuchen und für eine Rast einplanen. Gute Küche super leckeres Bradl und den besten Apdelstrudel! ?Auch für eine Feier gut geeignet.
Can only recommend! It is best to visit during a hike or a mountain bike tour and plan for a break. Good food, super delicious Bradl and the best apple strudel! ? Also suitable for a celebration.
