During the Tour of Austria we were allowed to park our camper in the courtyard, and enjoyed the wonderful reception and the delicious food.

Sehr familiäre Bedienung. Wenig Auswahl, aber gutes einfaches Essen. Wenns warm ist - herrliches Platzerl im Gastgarten hinter dem Hause. Unter der Woche ist es besser man ruft vorher an. An inn where time has stopped. No artificially prepared for old. Like in Granny's living room from the 50s. Just very comfortable. Very family service. Little choice but good simple food. When it's warm - great Platzerl in the garden behind the house. During the week it is better to call before.

Die malerische Landschaft gepaart mit dem Charme des Almgasthof Schilling macht einen Besuch zum Erlebnis. Die Schnitzel sind sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Wenn man im Sommer unter den Bäumen sitzt sieht man hi und da sogar Rehe auf den Wiesen gegenüber. An inn as one finds it only very rarely in Austria. There time has stopped. The picturesque landscape combined with the charm of the Almgasthof Schilling turns a visit into an experience. The schnitzel are delicious and the service very nice and outgoing. When you sit under the trees in the summer, you can even see deer in the meadows.
