P	Paul Karner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meiner Rezession beziehe ich mich auf das Restaurant des Alm Resort Nassfeld. Die Bedienung am Tisch, sowie das Essen waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Nur 2 Sterne gibt es jedoch aus jenem Grund, da wir beim Eintreten in keinster Weise einen warmen Empfang erhielten. Der Kellner (Mario), welcher uns am Eingang empfing, fragte uns bloß schnippisch, was wir wollten. "Einen Tisch für 5 Personen" erwiderten wir, worauf wir die wenig nachvollziehbare Antwort bekamen "aus welchem Grund denn". Nach einer kurzen perplexen Starre unsererseits antworteten wir "na zum Essen bitte". Darauf folgte ein genervtes Schnaufen und ein Gewusel am Computer seitens Mario, welcher anscheinend ungern einen Tisch für uns suchte (die Hälfte der Tische im Lokal waren frei und es war kein "Besetzt" Schild zu sehen). Hinzufügend ist zu erwähnen, dass auch während der gesamten Dauer unseres Besuches keine weiteren Gäste in das Lokal einkehrten, welches das Verhalten von Mario im Nachhinein noch unverständlicher gestaltete. In my recession I refer to the restaurant of the Alm Resort Nassfeld. The service at the table and the food were very satisfactory. However, there are only 2 stars for the reason that we were not given a warm welcome in any way when we entered. The waiter (Mario), who welcomed us at the entrance, just asked us snippy what we wanted. "A table for 5 people" we replied, whereupon we got the little comprehensible answer "for what reason". After a short, perplexed rigidity on our part, we answered "well, let's eat, please". This was followed by an annoyed panting and a bustle on the computer from Mario, who seemed reluctant to look for a table for us (half the tables in the restaurant were free and there was no "occupied" sign to see). It should also be mentioned that no other guests came into the restaurant during the entire duration of our visit, which made Mario's behavior even more incomprehensible in hindsight.

D	Dániel Myszöglád on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ve spent 7 beautiful days in one of their apartment. Everything was fine except the staff who were not helpful in any question we’ve asked. Poor negative people from Hungary whom even took one of my belonging after they cleaned the apartment and know i couldn t speak to them since I m back home and trying to find my stuff. Make sure u don t leave anything there cause it s not gona get back to u!

S	Szabo Csongor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting this ski resort many times we can confirm that the apartman hotel is one of the best. Fully equipped kitchens, good view and sauna. We never had any problems with the staff. The slopes are very good. Everyone can find tracks for their level of skiing. Sadly we could not get there in 2021. Maybe next year.
