Always a very nice contact, whether in person or by phone. I always received sufficient information and support for all questions about registration and deregistration from the car and I can warmly recommend this registration office.

Monaten durch Unwetter einen kleinen Schaden im Haus (2 Pumpen; ca. € 300) - trotz positiver Bewertung und Zusicherung zur Schadensbegleichung wurde bis jetzt (November 2021) noch immer keine Leistung der Versicherung erbracht - eine Unverschämtheit. Als jahrzehntelanger Stammkunde bin ich einfach nur enttäuscht. Anscheinend gab es mit der Neustrukturierung (Judenburg -> Zeltweg) einen extreme Verschlechterung zulasten der Kunden. Die Wiener Allianz (TS Versicherungsagentur) am Standtort Zeltweg kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen.
Around 15 (!) Months ago I had a small damage to the house due to storms (2 pumps; approx. € 300) - despite a positive evaluation and assurance that the damage would be settled, the insurance has still not provided any benefits up to now (November 2021) - an outrage. As a regular customer for decades, I'm just disappointed. Apparently, with the restructuring (Judenburg -> Zeltweg) there was an extreme deterioration at the expense of the customers. I cannot recommend the Vienna Allianz (TS Insurance Agency) at the Zeltweg location.
