Herr Längle hatte mir beim letzten Besuch in seinem Büro zugesichert, dass unsere Polizze nach langjähriger Laufzeit jederzeit kündbar wäre. Als wir das Versicherungsmandat an einen anderen Makler übertragen hatten stellte sich leider das Gegenteil raus. Ich hätte das Gespräch mit Roman besser auf Video aufzeichnen sollen.... Generell ist die Zusammenarbeit nur dann gut, wenn man jedes Mal persönlich beim ihm im Büro erscheint. Da ich beruflich viel auf Achse bin, ist mir das leider nicht immer möglich. Mein jetziger Makler stellt mir Dokumente per Email zu, ich kann diese dann Ausdrucken, Unterschreiben und per Post zurückschicken - bei Roman Längle leider nicht möglich, da muss man unbedingt vorbei kommen! Geht auch ganz schnell! Es wird alles immer nur "besprochen" schriftliche Zusagen gibt es nur in Form der Versicherungsbedingungen. IN DUBIO PRO INSURANCE! In vielen Jahren hatten wir nur einen Haftpflicht Schaden. Dieser wurde zu unserer Zufriedenheit abgewickelt - daher auch einen Stern anstatt null Sterne. Verbal commitments were not kept! We were longstanding customers but were disappointed in terms of price / performance. During the last visit to his office, Mr. Längle had assured me that our policy could be terminated at any time after a long term. When we transferred the insurance mandate to another broker, unfortunately the opposite turned out. I should have better recorded the conversation with Roman on video .... In general, the cooperation is only good if you always appear in person at the office. Since I am on the road a lot professionally, this is unfortunately not always possible for me. My current broker sends me documents by email, I can then print them out, sign them and send them back by post - unfortunately not possible with Roman Längle, you have to come by! It is also very quick! Everything is only "discussed". Written commitments are only given in the form of the insurance conditions. IN DUBIO PRO INSURANCE! In many years we had only one liability damage. This was completed to our satisfaction - hence a star instead of zero stars.
