Frau Mayer und ihre Kollegin Frau Natasa Markovic hatten uns nicht einmal eine Sitzgelegenheit angeboten und so durften wir 45 Minuten im Stehen aushaaren. Besonders diese Markovic trickste und täuschte ständig mit falschen Prämien. Total Mies diese Agentur, Nein Danke! Very unfriendly to customers, promises are made about the bonus and then not kept. Ms. Mayer and her colleague Ms. Natasa Markovic had not even offered us a seat and so we were allowed to hair out for 45 minutes while standing. Especially this Markovic tricked and deceived with false bonuses. Totally lousy this agency, no thanks!

Hatte keine grüne Versicherungskarte, musste ins Ausland und.man hat mir angeboten es persöblich sogar am Sonntag vorbeozubringen! Tolles Service und einfach nur professionell das gesamte Team!!!!! Dankeeeeee Martin The absolute best agency in Vienna! Could enumerate here for hours now, but I was even surprised with one action! Didn't have a green insurance card, had to go abroad and I was offered to bring it personally even on Sunday! Great service and just professional the whole team !!!!! Thankseeeeee Martin
A	Alexis Zorbas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde von einer abweisenden, unterkühlten Bürokraft ohne jegliche Kundenorientierung empfangen, welche lieber in ihrer Muttersprache mit jemanden am Telefon tratscht, statt sich um den wartenden Kunden zu kümmern! Ich wurde ohne Ergebnis weggeschickt weil, entgegen anderslautender Informationen der Zentrale, ein Dokument fehlen sollte! Nach Beibringung desselben wollte sie mich ein zweites Mal unverrichteter Dinge ohne Erledigung des Anliegens wegschicken, auf irgendwelchen Spitzfindigkeiten basierend! Die beiden Sterne rettete der äusserst zuvorkommende Leiter der Niederlassung, der dann letztendlich die Verantwortung übernahm und die Angelegenheit zu einem guten Ende brachte! I was greeted by a dismissive, overcooled office worker without any customer orientation, who prefers to gossip in her mother tongue with someone on the phone instead of taking care of the waiting customer! I was sent away with no result because, contrary to information provided by the headquarters, a document should be missing! After doing the same, she wanted to send me away a second time, without having achieved anything, without settling the matter, based on any quibbles! The two stars were saved by the extremely courteous manager of the branch, who then ultimately took responsibility and brought the matter to a good end!
