Habe meinen noch allianz Betreuer angerufen, da ich Auskunft haben wollte ab wann ich die Rechtsschutz kündigen kann. Leider wurde mir keine Auskunft gegeben und ich wurde angemault das dies doch mein neuer betreuer machen soll mit den worten,, des wird er woll auch zusammen bringen,, Finde das sehr unprofessionell, und nicht kundenorientiert. Beratung wurde meiner Frau (ich war nur Zuseher) mitgeteilt was diese Versicherung alles decken würde und der Versicherungsagent wäre tag und nacht zu erreichen und bei jedem Problem. Als es soweit war, und ein Schaden gemeldet wurde, bzw. man Hilfe benötige bekam man von Betreuer alles andere als Unterstützung. Die Rechnung die eingereicht wurde, wurde einfach in den Mülleimer entsorgt. Rückruf bekam man auch keinen. Wenn man den Betreuer kontaktierte oder einmal mit Gut Glück persönlich im Büro antraf bekam man nur eine äußerst agressive Antwort. Er hätte angeblich zu viel zu tun. Er hätte keine Zeit für mich. Meine Frau wurde sogar "unsaft" zur Tür gebracht, sie solle unverzüglich das Büro verlassen, nachdem sie nachgefragt hat warum der Schaden nicht bezahlt wird. Aus diesem Grund füge ich hinzu: Diese Agentur ist nicht zu empfehlen, besonders nachdem man so schlecht behandelt wird, nachdem man den Vertrag unterschrieben hat. Meiner Frau wurde mitgeteilt, was alles bezahlt wird, stattdessen hieß es im Nachhinein dies und jenes wäre nicht dabei, aber beim Versicherungsabschluss wurde alles ganz anders erklärt und man hat sich auf sein Wort verlassen. Sobald man aber einen Vertrag unterschrieben hat ist man soll man nur zahlen aber bekommen tut man nix. W	W E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten eine Versicherung abschließen, doch nachdem die Unterschrift getätigt wurde, stand der Betreuer nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Zuerst dem Kunden teure Versicherungen andrehen und dann nicht mehr darum kümmern. Zum Glück ist es uns gelungen, innerhalb der 14 Tage vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Ich bin froh, dass ich bei dieser schlechten Agentur noch wegkam. We wanted to take out insurance, but after the signature was signed, the supervisor was no longer available. First sell the customer expensive insurance and then don't worry about it anymore. Fortunately, we managed to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. I'm glad I got away with this bad agency.
