Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, sowie nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Als Kunde wurde ich schon lange nicht so professionell und freundlich gehandelt. Ein Dienstleister den man uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen kann. My PC power supply broke. I called and I was offered an appointment for immediate repair. Very good price / performance ratio, as well as nice and competent staff. As a customer, I have not been so professional and friendly for a long time. A service provider that you can fully recommend.

Das ganze ohne Entgelt trotz Überstunden. Von mir wirklich besten Dank werde mich in Zukunft bei Problemen sicher wieder an AllAccess wenden. Besten Dank an Herrn Petrovic. :) Had a problem with my laptop and called after 10 in the evening and was still helped for over half an hour until the problem was finally resolved. Sehr bemüht meinen viele Jahre alten PC wieder zum laufen zu bringen. Als dann Tage später das Ding leider doch endgültig hinüber war, hat man mir noch alle Daten gerettet. Als computertechnisch nicht sehr versierter User für mich künftig DIE Anlaufstelle. In any case, a recommendation, also for private customers. Very customer-friendly opening hours, price/performance absolutely O.K. and the gentlemen know what they are doing. Very hard to get my many years old PC up and running again. Unfortunately, when the thing was finally over days later, all the data was saved for me. As a computer-technically not very experienced user, THE contact point for me in the future.
